The front desk was helpful and check in was easy. My family and I enjoy our stay everytime. Breakfast is always good.

Great stay for family! All the comforts of home.

We always stop to stay here when we drive to Waco from California-it’s our halfway point. Now as we trek back to Cali we arrive here at Embassy again. I can not say enough about your desk clerk Gabrielle. I stepped up to check in and she greeted me with “ Welcome Back!” I was in shock!! It’s been over 2 weeks!!!!! I proceeded with “Thank you so much-how have you been-busy I bet?” Here’s the topper…her next statement…How was your trip to Waco and how are your children?!?! Even as I type this I am still completely utterly blown away!!! Never have I ever had that type of service!!! OMG!!! She needs a promotion and a raise as soon as possible!!! I work in the retail service industry where customer service is top priority over everything else!! You can not possibly afford to lose a valuable employee like Gabrielle. I hope you will share my thoughts with Embassy Suites and that Gabrielle gets a chance to see this!! Thank you so very much Gabrielle for making our family’s last 2 stays extremely exceptional and honestly forever unforgettable. Customer service, like yours, is so extremely rare and truly appreciated. Best wishes in your future career endeavors

Love love love this place stay here every time we road trip from California to Texas to see our kids at college. Makes a great half way stopping point. Great rooms, service and very clean. Gabrielle at front desk check in was extremely courteous/helpful/informative and friendly. Apologized for the current construction mess but that did not hinder our stay at all!! Free breakfast is always a plus—cooks were both extremely gracious and super friendly and of course food was delicious. Will definitely stay here again-lol-on the way back to California!!

Embassy Suites is our go to place to stay when we visit El Paso. The rooms are great, clean and comfortable. The bartender is phenomenal. She’s outgoing and has the best customer service. Overall, this is an outstanding place to stay, but I do have a couple of complaints from this last visit. The Jacuzzi was not working properly, and although several guests made the front desk aware, it appears it did not get fixed properly. I also would like to recommend the pool area have a designated time for adults only. It was spring break and there were lots of kids which did not allow for much comfortability in utilizing the pool or the Jacuzzi. Unfortunately, parents did not attend to the kids that were running around, screaming, and jumping into the pool and Jacuzzi around other guests trying to enjoy their time. I understand kids will be kids, but it would be nice to have a couple of hours where the pool is designated for just adults. it would be nice to see a a suggestion box for guests to provide recommendations where they might have an even better experience. Overall, our stay was fantastic.

Staff was great, location was convenient and safe. Our stay itself was nice. Environment was quiet but also family friendly. Room was spacious. Nightly drinks were a nice perk, they also served food, although we did not eat there. Downsides. Our shower curtain had black mold on it and our pillowcases had an unpleasant smell. Tops of doors and vents had a thick later of dust and buildup on them. The room itself is dated and furniture shows a lot of wear. They are renovating currently so hopefully those issues will be remedied. There was only ONE towel hook in the entire room. Pool area was not clean.

we just did an overnight stay to be able to swim in the pool. the hotel itself was very cold in the pool area and throughout the hotel and when we ordered pizza and tried to eat down in the lobby, we were told we were not allowed to eat down there. We had to go eat in our room which we did, and we came back down and there was several families eating outside food in the lobby and no one was telling them anything which I thought was very rude.

I remember my grandparents staying at this hotel. One might think being this old it might not be that good. But on the contrary, it has been kept in really good shape. It is one of the best options if you are traveling with the whole family. The pool is indoors so even on winter is open. The breakfast was great and included. All in all it was a very good experience for me and my family

Hotel was clean. Breakfast was awesome. Rooms were big, but the pool had too much chlorine in it burn. It burned our kids eyes and made a few of them sick.

I like the hotel. But the pool was too cold. I took my family for a fun time and thinking they can be in the pool but the pool was freezing. So this kinda ruined my family trip.
