It was a good stay! Family trip my husband was tired of driving. We checked in, kids went to the indoor pool. Later on we went to get some dinner, plenty of places around. In the morning my son went to the fitness center, when done he came back to the room and after showeri g we all went to get our complimentary breakfast. Plenty of choices, good hardy breakfast!!! Great place to stay!

Wonderful hotel! Staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. Cleanliness top notch. Pool was great! One of the better hotels and experiences we’ve had!! Only negative: I will say the layer between the rooms on top of each other was probably the thinnest we’ve had. Our kids are not rambunctious and we’ve never been called for noise, but we were this time. We were utterly shocked because they were doing nothing out of a norm. But then we realized we heard all above us wayyyyyy to easily, took us forever to fall asleep, we too wanted to call for noise, but didn’t because it was not their fault. Every single step taken we heard.

Room ready to check in no issues It was an unexpected stay but staff was friendly enough to provide personal utensils Tooth brushes and paste for my family Breakfast was good also stayed 35 minutes open later to accommodate other guests

Pool was cleaned the day we came so it had too much chemical at that point, but after a long weekend with many kids, we understood..they offered us to go across the parking lot and use their sister hotels pool which was great. Room was clean friendly staff and a great hot breakfast. We would recommend this place. Getting to it was odd coming from the south..so keep your maps on..as its got a weird entrance from the backside.

Indoor pool was chilly and had bubbly residue floating around the edges near the shallow end. "Hot tub" was colder than the pool and staff claimed to have no idea and stated they would notify maintenance and let us know what they said. I asked again after awhile and was simply told "oh maintenance has already gone home, sorry." Room was as expected. I took 3 of my children with me on a business trip to allow them to swim and soak and they were sadly disappointed. Breakfast was ok, but we went within 30 min of them closing and many hot items with not very warm and drying out.

Owner and staff are the friendliest I have ever in all my hotel life experience has been EXCELLENT! The humor, best customer service, the fresh breakfast, on point cleanliness, the above and beyond I will make you as comfortable as I would do for my own family atmosphere is all right here in this hotel! Thank you to the owner and staff for welcoming and making us feel comfortable.

Wow. The only thing I can say is we will never stay here again. My husband and I didn’t get any sleep do to the screaming child next door with a blaring tv and the adult slamming the door all night long. We didn’t not get any sleep at all. The walls are paper thin. No one was at the front desk the next morning either so we just left. First time I’ve ever lsaid

Will stay here again- VERY nice hotel and room- just beware the "junior suites" are not really suites at all but extra large rooms. Easy access to UNT and close to fun restaurants and shopping. If arriving from south use GPS as you have to take back roads to access- hotel located on southbound feeder.

My 19 year old son is traveling from Corpus Christi to Fort Riley to report for his duty station. We had reserved and paid for the room the night before. On arrival the front desk clerk would not let my son check in to the hotel because he was under 21 years of age. Just a warning to all military parents who send their child to travel alone through three states. When I called the front desk, he told me that someone over 21 would have to drive to the Denton hotel (6.5 hrs away for his father and I) to check him in. Thank you Hotels.com who help me with this situation and he was able to finally check in and stay the night, before continuing to on to Kansas.
