This property has infestation. We came as a big group for a wedding and there was bugs on our curtains, the floor and bathroom. It was gross especially the fact that I came with my kids.

The room has no indoor pot washer as I visited with baby and there is no space where i can wash my baby feeders also when I ask management for kitchen where I can wash her feeders the management said wash in your washroom. Wth they told me to wash feeders in restroom.

Hotel is top-notch. Common areas are clean and inviting. Pool/hot tub indoors was a hit with the kids. Staff was very friendly. Location was easy to get in and out of. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. *room #200 was clean but did have a musty smell. The in room coffee setup was extremely cheap.. and there was no fresh coffee bar setup in the lobby. HUGE fail in my personal opinion.

Our room was on the second floor. A family with small children occupied the room above. The children were allowed to run back and forth all evening and even around 2:30 am. They were up early in the morning making extremely loud noises. It was impossible to sleep so we checked out early and left. Please place families with children on the first floor as a courtesy to others.

Everything was great and the receptionist was also great! They provided us with a portable crib for our baby. The rooms were spacious and clean. Will book again!

This was my family’s favorite hotel on our road trip! It was very clean and modern inside. Good food. And an indoor pool that was actually open when we were there. The staff was all friendly and quick and helpful. Only thing is, if you know the area, you know it is a pain to get to during rush hours. The actual facility is great though!! This is going to be our first choice next time we stay in Denton!

At check in I specifically asked for a quiet area room as we were very tired. The room we were given in a very empty hotel was 125 which was on the first floor directly next to the staff room and behind the Resturant. In addition there were several children in the room across from us. The children ran up and down the hall yelling and playing until late in the night At 5 am the staff beguin chatting, yelling, playing music and slamming the doors over and over. It seriously is the worst room experience we have ever had. If I would not have specifically asked for a nice quiet room I would not have had issue
