The 1 bedroom suite was big and beds were comfy. Staff was impeccable helping with a crib, retrieving my phone from valet and room service. They even made a warm milk for my baby and offered a complimentary beer when I checked in 💣 Would def stay again!!

This hotel was phenomenal! The room was stylish, clean and comfortable. I slept like a baby! Everyone on premise was above and beyond with exceptional service. The perfect location for all your hearts desire in the Deep Ellum.

Stay was nice. We ordered dinner from your restaurant. The menu was not family friendly. I ordered the shrimp wraps. They were basically one whole shrimp wrapped in one leaf of lettuce, sprinkled with a few carrots. Nothing special. Really mediocre. Then we ordered the fries. Same issue, 4 large pieces of potatoes fried on the verge of burnt.not kid friendly. Menu needs serious help. Especially for the prices charged.

Beautiful property but what was most impressive were the staff! Everyone was so friendly and very accommodating! Slept like a baby in the comfy bed!

Check in was a nightmare, There were 4 vallet guys and 1 front desk person. The rooms did not have a dresser and the futon was unusable because there was a 100 pound coffee table in front of it. Wouldn’t recommend if you have a family
