Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dallas North - Addison, an IHG Hotel

My children and myself really liked how comfortable the beds were, the cleanliness of the rooms and hotel overall, and both of my kids keep going on and on about how much they loved the shower (said it felt like they were showering in the rain lol). We were there for 2 nights and took advantage of the free breakfast each morning, which was good, but the only semi-complaint I have (and this is a minor complaint), is that both mornings there was both pork and turkey sausage (which I like), but one of my daughters will not eat any breakfast meat other than bacon so she was slightly disappointed that at least one of the mornings there was no bacon. The pancakes, fruit, cereal, and muffins helped make up for that though! I used to primarily book either Comfort Inn & Suites or another Wyndam property (Wingate, etc.), but I have decided that moving forward, I will book with Holiday Inn Express & Suites after our stay here!

We stated as a family of 4 over the weekend in a 2 queen bed room. Overall it was a pleasant experience, nice and clean rooms. Great breakfast in the morning, oatmeal is my favorite. Rooms were good size, office desk inside the room was nice. Toiletries were suitable.Couple of things to notice, frontdesk was not very attentive when we checked in at night, no greetings, very cold, not expected at all. Breakfast ran out of milk one day and one day plates, but plates were replaced quickly. Beds sinked in the middle, pribably need to be replaced with firmer ones. Woukd we stay here again, yes. Would we recommend to friends, maybe.
