SpringHill Suites by Marriott Dallas Addison/Quorum Drive

I was initially nervous when we were greeted at the front desk because the lady with the head scarf wasn’t very friendly. However, I decided not to judge the entire staff based on one encounter. It pays to be patient and nonjudgmental when arriving from the airport because we are overstimulated and need to check in and regroup! The remainder of my stay, the staff was caring and professional. Customer service is hard to come by, but we definitely noticed the staff was on their game! We visited several hotels before choosing SpringHill, and it was the excellent customer service that made us reserve our stay. We made the right choice, and all seven days were amazing! We traveled with children and requested our room to be cleaned each day, and the housekeeping was outstanding. Upon leaving and packing the kids in the car, a gentleman at the front desk came outside to remind us we forgot our flowers. So kind! We are using SpringHill as our annual visit from Florida to Dallas until we move to the DFW area! Thank you for the hospitality!

Stay was good but went down at 8:15 am to eat breakfast and hot fresh food was out. I am diabetic so I needed good food and it was out. I was waiting for new food to come out and they said it was out for the morning. Very frustrated about that as I had to go spend $65 on breakfast for the family and that is one of the reasons I stayed at this hotel.

Breakfast options were a disaster - We went to have breakfast 3 days, on 2 days we were told they had run out of scrambled eggs and Raisan Barn cereal (we had gone for breakfast around the mid of the breakfast schedule on both days). The family did not have any reasonable alternatives The room layout was odd with the closet at the other end of the room

Very clean, spacious room. Employees were very kind and accommodating. My kids loved the breakfast, lots of hot and cold options. We will definitely come again whenever we come back to the Dallas area.

The rooms were nice and clean. The hallway not so much but I do know there were lots of kids the same time so I think some of the trash came for them dropping food and such on the floors. The lighting over the sink was so dark that I really couldn’t see to do my makeup. The towels were drying off with sandpaper. I didn’t realize there was a parking fee when I booked but yet the other Springhill Suite we stayed at the night before didn’t have any such fee.

Very welcoming on arrival, asked if had a preference on floor. Room was spacious and bed comfortable. Pool was on small side and it being a hot Texas day was filled with kids. After a while we were able to get in. The room was mostly clean we dropped a phone and noticed the small under bed portion had some trash, a wrapper and toothpick. Under the ac unit was an ear swab but all in sight areas were cleaned. Breakfast selection was great and easy to grab and go. Check out was super easy and great. Tv netflix option had great speed as well no buffering. There was plenty of parking and didn’t understand the parking charge was not crowded area like downtown.
