Booked 2 Queen bed room because we NEEDED 2 BEDS, arrived at 1 am to be given a king room. I went back down to the front desk and was given nothing but attitude when I asked why i wasn't given the room I booked. She responded she didn't know what happened and they were sold out. I immediately lost it and all of a sudden they had a 2 bed room available. Will NEVER stay at a Marriott location or Aloft location again. Traveling with kids is stressful enough and being treated like that at 1 am is not cool. Very bad customer service.

Doesn’t deserve a 1 star. We made a reservation a day prior to arrival. We are a military family traveling from honolulu to Dallas and arrived at 230am with our two young children for them to tell us that they can’t accommodate a room regardless of Us having a reservation. Not even a “we apologize “ or recommendations for near hotels etc. Thea at the front desk and the other lady were extremely rude and just sat around as we figured out what our next step would be. Worst customer service ever and aloft should be ashamed. Will never stay at this hotel again
