Omni Las Colinas Hotel

We enjoyed our stay Tremendously!!! The valet met us with a smile and we’re very polite! Austin checked us in and inquired why we were visiting Irving. We were going down the street to the Toyota Music Factory for a concert. He complimented us on our positive vibe by upgrading our room to a luxurious suite with a sensational view of the city!! Loved it baby!!🙏❤️ I think his name was Oscar and he assisted us with our luggage and even gave us directions to a place. To top it off, we received a charcuterie board with meats and various cheeses and jellies and some drinks!!❤️❤️❤️ The room was very clean and the mattress was amazing! Every employee that we passed by, greeted us kindly. It’s a Beautiful place and I want to go back for the service, the cleanliness, and the food! They took excellent care of us and we appreciate it! Thank you !!

The Omni Las Colinas is a wonderful place for family and business occasions. We stay often. Great service, very nice amenities, always clean and the whole area around this place on the canal is scenic.

This place is exactly what I was looking for! Clean, family friendly and the bar for adults.

Nice property. Needs to be updates but pool service is top notch and family friendly.

The staff is incredible. Roderick, the valet, got my bags, helped me with the stroller and car seat during every leg of my stay. The front desk staff: Ms. Vee, Daeisha, Emma, Jeremy, and Samuel scheduled wake-up calls, supplied me with water, and gave restaurant suggestions along with directions. When traveling with a child, neediness is often an issue and the staff always catered to our needs with a smile. I broke a lightbulb and had to call housekeeping and maintenance. Eva vacuumed up and cleaned away the shards of glass. Eddi replaced the bulbs in my lamps. We try to not be a pain, but we were a lot of work this time. The rooms were clean, well-decorated, and spacious. The location was great and there were good restaurants within walking distance. The pool was great, too. I heard that there are family accommodations, but I don’t know what they are. Thank you staff for a great stay.

The guest services were great; however, my overall impression of the hotel was not. The pool looked beautiful in the pictures, but once I got into the pool, it was filthy with bugs. The maintenance in the pool needs to be improved. The beds are springy and very uncomfortable and need to be replace. My family went down to the area to relax and we had a horrible time falling asleep due to the beds being so uncomfortable. I was not very impress with the hotel especially for the price.

The location was perfect! The pool was great for our family vacation and the staff was friendly.
