This stay was sooo rough! I left feeling more tired than when I arrived. They truly need security to make sure other people staying there can enjoy their stay. Usually it’s just the stinky annoying smell of weed filling the halls it this time it was a noise bowl! There was a big family there unfortunately on my same floor that filled the hall with constant noise and was at the pool until almost 3am screaming and laughing and talking. We were surrounded by noise! I called the front asking what time the pool closed at which she stayed 10 something. Her response to being told what was happening was I’m not sure how they got in there! No one checks at closing time apparently. We went to sleep with hours of noise and awoke to their same noise plus the annoying noise of the house keepers! This made for such a long drive back home I was a zombie! Tried reaching out to customer service and no response unfortunately! This use to be my go to, I must start re- searching!

This is our first time to get into this hotel, the design is so cool and the price is affordable. And the service was good, people there were helpful. Besides, for the facilities they provided I think was not enough, such as slippers. I don’t know is it depends on different hotels or ? I was so surprised that they didn’t provide any slippers when I asked for. Also, they didn’t put any toothpaste and toothbrush on the bathroom. Which I need to called the staff to provided that to us. Overall, I still recommend this hotel to my family or friends cause the price and location were great, walked around 10 minutes then you can arrived the bus stop. And the surrounding areas are so many restaurants too.

We needed a place to stay and booked one night and while we were getting ready to go bed, we saw two bedbugs on the bed sheet. We took pictures and videos and informed the receptionist right away. He couldnt refund us since it was booked through a third party company so at the end we left two hours after and had to find a new place to stay with our newborn baby.

This hotel is not for a family of 4. Tiny and so crowded… first room we got had ants and the second room we were moved to the barn door was broken and impossible to open. The toilet seat cover was broken and my husband had to fix it. Not enough light feels like a cave in there. Never again will I stay here.

Great rooms, fun pool area. Nice hotel, nice staff. Was just bare bones on the staff and service: they didn’t have ANY cribs - so we had to drive to Target at night with a screaming tired baby, we had to ask for clean towels three times before having to just get them ourselves, and the shower was poorly built and overflowed easily.

A great Stay loved the modern minimalist upscale look of the hotel. Everyone was friendly and casual. Curly haired woman at the front desk pm shift super pleasant and welcoming. The red head breakfast attended was so attentive to the baseball kids heading to a tournament. I will be back

Well I actually enjoyed the first night at this location but the 2 nights were deplorable!!! They had a bridle party on the 5th floor which was out of control! I’m happy for the person gettin married but it should have been in a meeting room downstairs! I was affected along with my friend and his family on the 4th floor! I called from my room and waited at my door to see if this sorry as hotel worker came to do his job but no! So I called on my cell phone and it took forever for him to respond, like he was scared to do his damn job! After calling the pd that’s when things changed! It didn’t have to go this far! So they moved the loud as females down to the 4th floor and affected the entire floor, wow, don’t fix the problem just move them to another floor, great service!!! I will not recommend this hotel
