Property was clean and staff was nice. The only downfall was, the upstairs people had a child running till late hrs of the morning and kept us up we could hear it very loud.

At the time of my check in. The clerk informed me that they didn’t have anymore king size beds. Then moments later I observed a gentleman come in afterwards and he asked for a king size bed and she told him he can have one and about twenty minutes. There were kids running up and down the halls all night keeping me from falling asleep. I would never go back to that establishment.

This property one of the worst I have ever stayed at. The credit card system was down when I arrived. They wanted me to come back down at 11:00 pm when someone new showed up to put a card on file. I said I would be sleeping and would come down in the morning. They then called my room with my 3 sleeping children at 11:00 pm, my cell phone at 11:00 pm and again before 6:00 am. Additionally, the rooms are not cleaned well, there were 3 towels for suite with 2 king sized beds and a pull out sofa. It was a terrible stay.

I stayed here for one night to avoid the long drive home after a family event. Check in was simple and the room was decent. You can tell this building has been around for a while but it was fine for a 1 night stay. The hot water did not work until the morning and the front desk tried to reset the boiler but that didn't work.

Property needs updating. TV’s barely worked, not only in my room, but my family’s room as well. Also, one of the shelves of the refrigerator in my family’s room was broken. Loved the mirror in the bathroom, but everything else in it gave “motel” instead of hotel. The bathtub really needs to be updated. Also, the property could definitely use a more up to date hotel room key entry system, where you can use your phone to open your room door. Reason being that I had to go to the front desk twice to have my room key reactivated due to the key coming in contact wit my phone.

Great place to stay with kiddos. Cracker Barrel and outback nearby. Great movie theatre nearby. Clean and comfortable. Not a lot of noise or traffic.

I enjoyed the stay. My family loved the breakfast and the cleanliness of the hotel. There was a Cracker Barrel next door to hotel and we did not have to go out searching for food.

Check in was fast and easy. The room was Great and looked just like the pictures online. Was surprised to find a microwave and mini refrigerator included which was an added bonus. The room had a ceiling fan which was nice. The beds were comfy. The TV was rather large and included lots of cable channels. We were so pleased that we chose this hotel. The warm breakfast buffet was another plus. The other thing which was not the fault of the hotel is that we could hear kids running down the hallway and slamming doors. Overall a delightful and comfortable stay worth every penny.

This would have been a wonderful hotel visit had it not been for the noisy guests and the long line at check in. One clerk who was wonderful (very personable and customer friendly) but it took 30 mins to check in as he was assisting other guests. Also very noisy guests (older children running down the hall and outside) woke me up at 1 am unfortunate. Hotel is nice.
