Not happy with cancellation policy. Death in the family the morning of the stay caused our plans to change. You would think that they would work with you considering our unexpected loss. I won't use this hotel chain or family of hotels in the future.

Had a great stay!! Staff greeted you on every visit very helpful with check in and check out. Only bad thing i could say is the unattended kids staying in the pool till 2:00am yelling.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel is very nice and clean, and the staff is super friendly and helpful! Our room was spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The pool area was very nice and the pool was clean. The location is great too, it is right off the hwy (no traffic noise), and is close to lots of restaurants and shopping. We just moved to this area, and we will definitely be recommending this hotel when we have family and friends visit.

Can not rate anything lass than FIVE for this great hotel. This stay was a business trip with my family and we loved it.
