Not our best experience. First problem was the pool was filthy. The water was so cloudy you could not see your feet in the water. Being a pool owner I know this is not safe, we didn't let our kids swim in that water. Next, our A/C went out at around 4-5 AM. We decided to wait till the morning because we didn't want to wake everyone up with maintenance and we were getting up in a few hours but the rest of the night was very stuffy with no air circulation. I told the manager in the morning and they said that we're not getting any compensation because we should have called in the middle of the night and let maintenance into our room to wake everyone up to fix it. Should I have???

Everything was great accept for the swimming pool. It had a smell of urine and the water was so green and cloudy we didn't feel comfortable swimming in it. This was the worst swimming pool we have ever encountered. Usually you are supposed to be able to see the bottom of the pool and that was not the case in this situation. We had to take our children to a nearby pool where our friends were staying to have a good time. This was so disappointing

I booked this property because of reviews but I didn’t like it. The first room they gave us was smelling. I asked for another one but It was not that different. Cold water in the shower as well. The room was big but dirty and smelling. The AC was so noisy. The pool was closed for cleaning when we tried to use it. Limited staff member. Besides that, above our room, there were a lot of noise between 11pm to midnight. It looks like a lot of kids jumping. I didn’t complain because It was too much complain for just one night.

The staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The front desk manager even came to my room to help me with air conditioning control. Space was quiet even though we knew a boisterous group of college aged kids were on our floor! Will definitely book there again.

Walls were paper thin and they seemed to put all the families with kids next to each other. Beds were super hard. Staff wanted to tally up how many extra towels we asked for, which I thought was odd, and they didn't want to provide a receipt after the stay. You get what you pay for, but next time I'll stay somewhere else.

There wasnt enough bedding for the sofa bed so I had to go to Walmart to purchase so my kids had something to cover up with. The beds are very hard so if you have back problems, I wouldnt recommend. There was, what I think, a new employee training the morning we checked out and the woman showing him how to operate the checkout system was yelling at him when he asked a question or did something wrong. Tia had the worst attitude of anyone. I had to call downstairs to figure out how to plug the bathtub and she just said "I dont know. I dont bathe here" and that was that. Don't waste your money. Stay somewhere else.

Travelled with family. Excellent staff, excellent service, very clean. Large fridge, microwave, burner, cleaning stuff, etc. (even though I did not need them this time). Special note for families with kids: Breakfast is really good... I recommend without any reservation. I will not look for another hotel when I visit Corpus Cristi with family next time!

This facility has NOOOOOO hot water to shower with. Check in was not comfortable. Both clerk and manager do not offer satisfaction. Much less good they treat me with courtesy. However, other clerks and other staff members treated my family and i as royalty. Maintenance head manager was rude, cocky and disrespectful. Unprofessional. His assistant provided more information and courtesy than when he did. He acted like I was wasting his time. The rooms ceiling was full of mold; covered up with fresh paint. **View attached photos.** Someone that suffers from allergies will recognize the presence of mold. Facility was very nice cleaned and kept up with. Very attractive and beautiful to eyesight. Paul was in excellent condition to step into, however weather did not permit.

Our stay was great. The rooms are plenty large enough to house our family and the bathroom shower was amazing. My kids loved the pool and the outdoor cooking area was great. Staff was very friendly and helped with all our questions. On the back side of walmart so the view may not be the greatest depending where you are in the hotel but the TV made up for not looking out the windows. Will be going back again.
