We had Neighbors with loud music all night long and asked the front desk for help and they told us they went to check it out and they heard nothing. After i complained three times they finally understood what was happenig they coundnt move us and we where stuck there for the night. i had my three kids with me and we did not get any sleep.

The front desk staff (Ms Carla) was extremely friendly at check in and check out, very personable and truly wanted to be helpful. Breakfast was delicious and another staff member (ms Mary) comes around to all the kids at breakfast and gives out little toys. Such a personalized experience

There was a sports event going on and we were put on the third floor where many of the kids were. They were yelling and running up and down the hall while knocking on doors as well. I called the front desk and they said that someone would come up and talk to them. I never saw or heard anyone. Their partying didn’t end until after 1:30 am. Our bed was uncomfortable and the air conditioner smelled wet and blew warm air. Breakfast was a joke, they refused to make fresh scrambled eggs because no one was eating their Mexican style omelets which, by the way, looked dry. All in all I don’t think that We will stay at a Hampton Inn again.

We received a different type of room than we signed up for. King suite vs. Double queen. Less comfortable for my family. I picked this hotel specifically for the double queens. We were told from the hotels end that they could only see the number of people in the room from hotels.com not the type of beds that we asked for. By the time we arrived they didn't have any double queens left. We did not sleep very well. I would have picked a different hotel if i knew all they only had king suites left.
