This is a great hotel to stay at. Very clean, staff is super friendly and helpful, pool is awesome. Everything was great but there was one thing that I was not happy about. The one bedroom suite my family and I stayed in was supposed to be for four people, the king bed in the bedroom was awesome. However my two teenage kids had to share a twin sofa bed. I talked to the front desk to see if they had anything else but were not able to accommodate due to being full. Again I really liked this hotel but just be aware that it says the one bedroom suite sleeps four but if your kids are older they will be crammed on that pull out.

I want to give 5-stars but there's one little annoyance. The room was great. Breakfast was great. It was an average price. The man at check in was very helpful. However, the annoyance was when my credit card got charged $2.99 for each room after we left. I asked my kids if they purchased something but nobody did, so I called the hotel. The person on the phone said they have a cleaning charge due to Covid. Maybe this is somewhere in the fine print and I missed it. And it's a small amount. But the person on the phone was rude and explained that they aren't responsible for telling people about it up front. So, I took off on my ratings

The room had everything we needed for a family of 4 with 5 and 9 year olds. We had to stay for a week during our house renovation. The 2 bedrooms and full kitchen was perfect. The location is excellent given the proximity to everything.

Bitten by bugs, two of my 4 kids ran fever and got sick had to buy my own towels, sheets, pillows and blankets. The grills were nasty, greasy and had cigarette butts in them, looked like they just used them as firepits. don't try and complain to hotel staff, they claim the manger will call you, don't try calling you either get hung up on, told the manager is in meeting, left early, went somewhere else, lunch, the excuses go on and on. Contacted expedia after a whole week and half of trying to reach manager. Expedia was helpful and apologized! Was not their place too, but they apologized for Staybridge!

Check-in and out was easy. Breakfast was very good and different both mornings. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was perfect for what we needed as 3 adults with 3 children. The only thing that could have been better was the lighting in the parking lot at night. There were light outside but they were not on when we were there. Overall it was a great stay. It was a little more than we wanted to spend at first but worth it for the space. We will definitely stay again when in the area.
