Booked 3 rooms for my family. One of the rooms had several live crickets. One room didn’t have a hair dryer. One room had trouble with the TV. The reception kept buffering.

Hotel was clean, spacious and all staff were very nice. Our room had plenty of space for our family of five. The beds were sooo comfortable. Nice spacious bathroom, good size fridge for all our stuff, and microwave and coffee provided. Pool was perfect size and very clean.

Beds were VERY comfortable! Air conditioning worked great, even in the blistering Texas heat. Breakfast was ready and tasty at 6:00 am, so we were able to grab and go quickly. We did not swim, but observed the pool water was green, which didn’t stop some kids from taking a dip! Ha! Overall, the hotel was a clean and comfortable place to spend one night. No major complaints.

My A/C barely kept my room cool, I didn’t like the 150.00 security deposit because when they took it off my card it left me -60.00 in my account. I had to call family and borrow money to get back home on , the front desk lady needs to work on her people skills her name was Anna

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were sizeable, Very clean and cozy. Breakfast was good but wished there were an assortment of cereal to choose from for the kids. Eggs, sausage biscuits were all good. Wished there some gravy to go with it... but hey, it was good. They had a great selection of juice to choose from along with having milk and coffee provided. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone passing through!

I was placed in the wheelchair accessible room which was spaciousness, but not necessary...and probably better suited to the individual i saw checking in later who was in a wheelchair. The heat did not work in the room, which was discovered at 1am. The outdoor temperature was 33⁰ and ended up sleeping in my jacket. I letthem know in the morning, maintenance checked and confirmed it was broken. I requested a discount on the room...have yeat to see this on the creditcard. Breakfast was decent. Good variety hot/cold/healthy options. Game room was great for if you have kids, bot too cokd to try the pitdoor pool but it looked very clean.

Great Hotel. Love the food, Texas Shaped Waffles were a hit with my kids. Friendly staff! Clean. No problems when we needed anything staff were happy to help.

I had zero expectations going into a quick stay at this hotel in Burnet. We had a 2 queen bed with a sleeper sofa room, and it worked perfect for our family of 4. Nice sized bathroom, ample space, and the most comfortable pillows ever. The breakfast was great, too. One employee, Tonya, really stood out. She was on top of the breakfast buffet and kept it top notch even as we approached the end of the offering time. I would certainly stay here again!
