We had a great stay. We got one room for my parents anniversary the family came and hung out by the pool it was great

We had a great stay, we were in for my daughter's baby shower on the 1st, the hotel is easy to get to, well lit and friendly staffed, clean and smelled good, didn't make it down to breakfast because the beds are so dang comfy, pretty much passed out the minute my head hit the pillow, we really enjoyed our stay and will be there again 😊

The room smelled absolutely disgusting. Upon checking the bed for bedbugs I found a old baby onesie tucked into the headboard and dried up vomit on the side of the bed and bed skirt. It was so gross the absolute worse experience. The room was on the first floor room 106. They did move me to a new room but when I went to ask management for a new room they asked why. I said I’d rather wait for the guest infront if me to leave. The manager was extremely pushy for me to tell her why. So I had to disclose how gross this rom was while the guest was standing there. It was so embarrassing! Absolutely terrible experience.

Our stay was ok but the smell of both rooms was horrible. We had to cover our heads so we didn't smell it so bad at night due to it to be honest. It wasn't the cleanest as well. Probably will not stay there again...and we have family that we'll visit for years to come that lives there.

We stayed as a family in a King bedroom. The room was showing its age a little bit but generally clean. The staff were friendly if unable to help at times through no fault of their own. Pool was nice and clean, but towels were at a premium. Our biggest complaint was the sofa bed: the mattress was way too old and we ended up squeezing into the King to try and sleep. Plus, the sofa bed sheets were stained. We tried to switch rooms but the staff and hotels.com could do little for us without the manager, who was never around when we were and never answered the communication from hotels.com. We just gave up trying in the end and stuck it out for our stay happily enough.

We were just road tripping with our toddler and wound up in Lake Jackson. I found this affordable hotel available last minute. Very friendly staff, pool was great, breakfast was ok, what to be expected. Everything was nice and comfortable.

The bed was comfortable. However, the smell in the hall and room was terrible. My family and I just dealt with it. It smelled wet/dirty/humid.
