I booked 2 rooms for me and my cousin for a family vacation, everything was perfect until after check out and we went to have some breakfast since the complementary breakfast at the hotel is very bad, my cousin saw 2 more charges, after the regular reservation payment plus a cleaning fee. which is returned after check out. I called immediately to ask about this error and the response was because they needed to pick up some cans or trash from the pool. It's a cleaner rate. It is an abuse just to pick up some cans, I told them that I took care of my garbage but they said that other people who were close to us left garbage and that they were with us. This is incorrect is that the pool is very small, all the people are closer to each other and we cannot take care of other people. I am responsible only for my room and the people in my room, not the other people. I asked them if they had evidence, such as photos or videos, to prove that we left the trash. They said no, we just walked and picked them up, so I asked the other people if they did it and I told them who left the trash and they wouldn't charge me. How can we do that if we didn't know all the people who were at the pool, it‘s crazy, this is abuse and discrimination. I hope the charged amount after the other cleaning fee is returned as soon as possible.

The hotel was nasty. Toilet was broken, beds were so uncomfortable, room smelled like pee. We had to stay because we drove so far and came right after the beach and kids were so tired! But I will never stay here again nor will I recommend anyone.

Every time i come to the city,this is the only place I'll stay. Its family friendly and we enjoy the amenities.

Our room was not ready at 3p, so we still had to wait another hour after the long drive. The AC was so hot, we left a day early as we were so uncomfortable. Another room was offered, but we were over it at that point. Room needed a good clean as well. Multiple little kids in pool, no parents. All in all a bust. One positive was desk clerks were very sweet and tried to help.

We were made to wait over an hour with 2 babies to check-in, after I had called several days beforehand to request an early check-in and was told that I wouldnt need one as the rooms were normally ready for my timeframe. 1st room, lock was broke, second room - roaches, 3rd room - roaches and broken garbage disposal and smoke detector. I was supposed to get points added to my account - that didnt happen. Called corporate, was told that the hotel would reach out to me - still nothing. Staff was extremely rude. 1st person who checked us in was on the job 3 days and said she shouldnt of been scheduled alone as she didnt know what she was doing.

Loud AC, no USB plugs and not a clean feeling with the old carpet. We paid to have breakfast included just to go down to eat at 8:30am to an empty and dirty breakfast area, with lots of families trying to eat. Very frustrating and hotel management ignored my complaint and only replied in regards to usb plug. Apparently its suppose to be on a clock that our room didn't have it... I cant believe this was a Marriott brand hotel, very frustrated.

disappointing breakfast. There is no variety of food, we took this hotel with my family for the ease of breakfast and I was terrible. this will be our last visit to this hotel 😒
