The phone in my room does not work and has yet to been fixed, the light above my bed does not work, the light on the side of my bed does not work, and the pool area was full of men eating a bunch of McDonald's which made my kids uncomfortable and not want to swim because none of them were in the pool they were just all sitting around eating looking at us talking in Spanish and when I told the front desk they said there's nothing they can do about it even though the rules clearly state there is no eating allowed in the pool area.. oh and there was only one TV in an awkward place to provide television to my room and the other half of the room which my kids are sleeping in. The area where a TV clearly belongs on the wall between the shower room and the bathroom did not have one which makes it difficult for everyone to watch TV. Definitely my last stay here!

Over night stay to visit family in the hospital. We always stay hotel when we have a family member in the hospital and they are super easy to work with and super friendly.

Very family friendly layout and sleeping options. Only thing is that room needed some detail cleaning. There were some dirty socks in the trundle bed, lots of dust and hair in corners and around furniture. Bu tnot a huge deal. Main areas were clean. Bed and bedding were clean. Maybe they can add mattress protectors. I always check for bedbugs and noticed some part of the matresses were unpleasant.

It was a great stay very clean quite hotels bed was comfortable only problem was our toilet but I will definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends
