Felt unsafe, lobby smelled like cigarettes. Room drawer handles broken/unscrewed. Lots of men/ construction workers. Didn’t see any women or children. Cigarettes all over outside property.

The staff was very warm and friendly especially Janie. She truly helped me with directions, suggestions and just listened. The room was very clean and had all the amenities needed. The breakfast was good and the coffee delicious. Being from the east coast I had a difficult time locating anything within the area. The location wasn't user friendly for me.
If my review is based solely on the hotel then yes I would recommend it to my family and friends but because of the location and your roadways I wouldn't....
My next visit will be staying within the downtown Austin area where I can either walk or take a taxi....
