Drury Inn & Suites Austin North

We love staying at Drury Inn & Suites! Staff is friendly. Hotel is clean. Beds are comfy. Hotel is convenient when visiting family.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a friendly staff, and great attitudes throughout. Also a bonus was hot dinner and hot breakfast which we didn't know about. The rooms were super clean. Being on I35, expect a little highway noise but it really didn't bother us. The room was comfy for a family of 4 adults. Special thanks to Tariq at the front desk! Make him the Drury Brand ambassador! Even late at night he was the same friendly caring person up front. The next time we visit Austin, we will make Drury our first choice

I have both but good things to say about my stay at the Drury Inn Austin North. I am sold on staying at these all over now. Hot Breakfast was on point daily with lots of options. But baby the afternoon Kickback has me sold. It’s a party in the lobby for guest and they lay out the red carpet. Popcorn, Hot Dogs and Nachos daily. But a hot snack option on the buffet and 2 drinks included was selling point. The rooms were nice size and very quiet. The staff was amazing. Very helpful. Also conveniently located between 4 restaurants so you can walk there. I’m sad I didn’t take pictures. Will stay again.

Our room was clean and nothing appeared to be outdated. Something that's important to me is being able to use the bathroom while my family is sleeping (or vice-versa) and to not wake them them up. The pocket door to the bedroom as well as the bathroom door can be opened and closed quietly (this is not possible at a lot of other places). The staff, as well as the free breakfast was great. If I had one criticism, it would be that the toilet paper could be a better grade and softer. Overall, a great place to stay.

This place is fantastic!! Very clean, great customer service and, spacious rooms, great food and a laundry facility which is a great bonus when you’re traveling with kids sports!!

The staff was amazing from the first step I side the door! We were always greeted with a smile and even around the food area, the staff was willing and wanting to chat with us. The rooms were a typical hotel room with nothing fancy. Beds were comfortable with nice pillows. Everything was very clean and a handwritten note from housekeeping. Easy on and off the interstate with many options around the hotel. Plan for travel time depending on the time of day headed into or out of the downtown as traffic can get very busy. Two things which I really noticed was Jack you check my family in and the temperature of the hot water. Jack was amazing and spent the time with me to make sure all my questions were answered and went beyond that I formation asking about what brought us to the area and if we had any questions about the area. Top knot h service!! I felt I was really cared about. Secondly, most hotels you go to the hot water barely gets hot, not here!! I had one of the hottest showers ever at this hotel!! Sometimes it is just the small things that make the difference!! I will always stay here if visiting Austin again.

The Drury was amazing! I was looking specifically for a family-friendly hotel with parking and breakfast. The Drury Inn and Suites went above and beyond - not only do they have a secured parking lot and a full breakfast, they also have a kick-back every afternoon! Adults can get up to 3 adult beverages, kids/non-drinkers can get non-alcoholic drinks and snacks. There's also a popcorn machine in the lobby - everybody loved it!

Thank you for the stuff members , they are all very very nice. I like hotel, clean, easy check in- out, quiet, breakfast and dinner very delicious and healthy. Me and my family were happy there , i definitely recommend this hotel.

Good time and rest with the family..

Very good room except for a loud ventilation fan in the living room that cannot be turned off. It was on during the whole night and it was terrible since I slept on the sofa bed. The front desk was a bit sloppy and just said they could do nothing about it. But overall, it was a good stay with my family.
