Hotel Granduca Austin

We loved the style of the hotel and helpful staff. Suite was perfect for our little family trip. Would defintely book again. Pool was fun, chic and clean.

Wonderful stay in this beautiful property that reminded us of an Italian villa. We used the spa, the pool and hot tub and had the best sleep and space to spread out as a family of 4. We will be back and highly recommend this hotel.

We LOVED our suite! The POOL was amazing. The staff was always professional and kind. Bed was comfy. Room was extremely clean. We have family in Austin and always stayed in different hotels. Can't wait to go back!

Customer service with the staff was very pleasant. Navigating the hotel was very easy, staff was very forth coming with information in regards to the hotel. Staff was able to make proper stay adjustments after coming across an issue with our room. Food is a bit pricey but overall, my family will be returning.

This is a great place for families.

Beautiful hotel, but pool was not heated (despite being advertised as such), and far too cold for swimming. There was no bartender in the pool area either and many guests were quite disappointed. A single valet meant we struggled through the entry doors with luggage, children and a handicap member of our family each time without any assistance. It seemed as if the hotel was a bit understaffed. The worse part was that the air conditioner in the bedroom didn’t work which made for an uncomfortable evening. We originally planned to stay another night but decided to leave early after this experience. For $300 /night these are not issues that should exist.
