We arrived to our room to find that it was dirty. Beds were unmade ,dirty towels and trash on the floor. Went back to desk and they had to go check the room and we had to wait 20+ minutes for them to give us keys to another room. Our new room Smelt horrible. Hotel is not in best area for families and the hotel was not in best condition. Woke up at 3am to screaming coming from hallway. In the morning as we went down for breakfast there was trash and beer cans in main hallway , takeout food thrown down the hall. Breakfast was ok, with plenty of options for family.

Aside from the beds being made, our room had NOT been properly cleaned. There was food on the counters and if the fridge, dirty utensils in the sink, someone’s underwear hanging in the shower, and the only towels were in a garbage bag on the floor in the bathroom (presumably used and dirty.) We tried to go back down to the lobby to get a new room, but the clerk was GONE. We couldn’t find an employee anywhere. Granted, we had checked in very late at 1am, but there should still be SOMEONE there. By 2am we were all so tired and our kids were already asleep in the beds, so we just went to sleep in the dirty hotel room. The next morning we found an employee and tried to remedy our situation, but they told us that we had already slept in the room and we had bought the room through a third party (Expedia) so there was nothing they could do. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

The property was convenient off the highway and a good simple nights rest for my family. The rooms and facilities all seemed “worn”- not broken or problematic- but not new or fresh. It seemed our room (125) could have been cleaned better but not terrible. Worked for a quick nights stay for my family.

I booked here because of the indoor swimming pool for my two kids. Pool was out of service- complete bummer!

My first time staying was great. I really enjoyed the heated swimming pool and hot tub. The next time I stayed for the reason mentioned above, after paying I found out that the pool and hot tub were out of order. This third time I stayed, I asked prior to booking if the pool and hot tub were in working order. I was told yes. It turns out it was not working and one of the kids staying with us got cut by something sticking out of the chair lift. I went to ask about bandage and the first aid kit was locked up and unavailable. Then there was a nail/screw type object sticking up from the floor in our room in which a kid cut their foot on. The front desk staff was once uncaring. The breakfast was until 9. When we went at 8:50 there was one sausage and one biscuit. I asked if there was going to be more because I had a family of 5 and I was told that breakfast was almost over. I explained that it was not yet 9 but I still giving a hard time to get breakfast for my family.

My husband and I recently stayed here with our 2 young children and were very pleased with our stay. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The amenities were great and all of us enjoyed our stay. Would absolutely stay here again. The one and only downside is that you could hear the interstate traffic loudly overnight, but that’s part of the convenience of staying right off the highway. Also many quick restaurant options close. We did a local restaurant order through Uber Eats and it was at the hotel in 30 minutes.

The property isn't new, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but the location near a lot of transients and neighborhood pedestrians, pool shut down by city, and the general atmosphere of the hotel to either offend you from stealing or to make you pay for what you may steal was not inviting to me or family (4 kids). Breakfast was good.

Staff in the room to the side of the checking desk were cussing using the “F” word while quests were present. Had reserved 2 queen rooms and when we got to the rooms it was 1 queen room and one king room. Pool was not in service, super disappointing for our three small kids.

Overall, the staff were helpful and friendly and the hotel was clean. Breakfast was good. Laundry onsite worked. Convient location. However, I would not stay here again because the queen beds were not very comfortable, and no one slept well either night. The bed next to the window is inches from the AC wall unit and it blows right up onto the bed and will freeze the person sleeping on that side. We used the couch cushions to redirect the airflow. The pull out couch mattress was absolutely horrible. We booked this room because we needed that extra bed. The entire spring harness inside the mattress is felt when you lay on it and it impossible to sleep, and the frame sags in the middle. I asked for a rollaway bed or them to swap the mattress, and the best they would offer was to trade rooms -- not happening at midnight when I have a sick kid. Instead, we layered it with blankets until it was tolerable. The shower head barely sprayed water and it felt like it was about to come out of the wall if you touched it. My son became sick during our stay, and the staff were nice, but the best they could give me.to sterilizer were anti-bacterial wipes. And the traffic is LOUD. The hotel is right off the highway, but both nights, around midnight, someone was in the parking reving their engine and spinning their tires. Overall, the hotel is just loud. We could the conversations -- and the screaming toddler -- next door.
