Best Western Plus Amarillo East Hotel

This hotel is very new and the room was very clean. The people were friendly and my kids enjoyed the breakfast, which is typical hotel although they were out of eggs. The only thing I didn’t like about the room is how bright it is, the blackout shades do not black it out completely. But otherwise everything was great.

The breakfast was a hit with family.

Had a great stay, booked 2 rooms for a family of 8 & a dog, Checked in around 2 AM and Jeanette was awesome! Rooms were clean, comfortable & modern unlike those dingy hotels. Check out was a breeze in the morning, Maria at the front desk was super sweet to my mom after she saw her upset and something personal. I would definitely come back! Thank you :)

Very comfortable accommodation for a family of 5 and our dog, Mr. Cooper. Property and staff were great.

The staff was really friendly and worked well together. The rooms were really big, clean, nice. The 2 things that we didn't care for were the electrical plugs were covered to protect kids, we were supposed to force the plug into the outlet, alot of force! A hammer would have been helpful. Also the barn door on the bathroom looked great, but wasn't flat against the wall so if you want complete privacy, it's not going to happen. Everything else was great! Pretty hotel and again, really nice big rooms!

Appeared new, friendly and efficient front desk even at 10:30 pm (12/22), comfortable. The floors are fake hard wood which has pros and cons ~ we had a dog (30$ fee) and hardwood is much cleaner in a dog room, imo. However, we also had 3 kids and acoustically the hardwood made e everything louder. But I’d take the added cleanliness of hard flooring over quieter carpet, personally. The room was a bit more expensive than we’d hoped to spend but we needed a clan, dog friendly hotel with a! Indoor pool close to the highway and hotel met those needs. Plus the front desk person was quick and friendly after returning from helping another guest clean their toilet so extra kudos for that!

Got charged for smoking when my wife and I and 3 little kids don’t smoke anything at all

There was only one person doing check in and there was a very long line. It took forever to finally get checked in and to our room. The second night, our key, along with a few other families keys, didn’t work anymore.

Hotel seemed brand new and very clean. The room was modern and spacious. Plenty of room for a family of five.

Large, clean rooms. We were a family of five. Very comfortable for all. Close to restaurants and decent breakfast. Good coffee tea machine with several choices.
