Best Western Plus Medical Center

If it wasn’t for the unfriendly staff upon arrival, I would have a much different taste about this stay. The woman that checked us in was staring at her phone when we walked in, no greeting until we were at the counter, and then only enough words to get us through check in. It was very unwelcoming and made the whole time in the lobby uncomfortable. We had 4 families staying the night there in 4 rooms, so when we arrived we wanted to eat dinner together at the tables in the lobby. The unfriendly front desk woman on her phone seemed to only look up to glare at our group making us very uncomfortable. The rooms were nice and clean and our stay was good otherwise but this left a bad taste in our mouths from the beginning. Breakfast was decent.

Very comfortable and slept great on the beds. Suite was perfect size for our family, great breakfast.

I am disabled and the room I received was very large and true walk in shower. I is dislike kids running up and down the hallways. Also someone kept rattling the door knob after 10:30pm. Kids were still up and running.

We loved this hotel! It was kept up and very clean. The price was very good and the breakfast was great! The two TVs in our room were extra nice for our family. Would definitely stay again!

The trip was a cousin family getaway and we enjoyed our time there. The hotel was super clean and we loved staying there.

Stayed at this hotel only one night with my family. The hotel was very clean and the front desk representative was super nice! There were lots of breakfast options which is great when traveling with family. Will definitely stay here should I ever be in Amarillo again. Our room was right by the elevator but it was very quiet.

Came with my family of 3 and my son enjoyed everything.

Easy check in, got in late and got to the room with in a few min. Comfy beds, felt safe with small children.

Friendly staff, clean rooms amazing sleep. I could stay over and over. It’s always a pleasant stay for me and my family.
