The stay was fine. First room we had just had a shower that will drown you, very small and shower head was very high. Was very hard for the kids to shower. Asked for a new room on day 1 with a bath tub for kids. Gentleman at desk pretty much said no that they had more people coming in Friday which was days away. Next day drowning in shower again. Went down to desk new person at desk. She had no problems giving us a new room with a tub for the kids, so not sure why the guy day before did. The fridge in that room didnt work so they brought a new one for my meds that have to be kept cold. People at front desk on this day were very helpful and friendly. Fast forward to day before we leave. Have an emergency and have to leave 1 day early (5 day stay). Hotel (same man as first day unfortunately)wouldnt credit us or give us a partial credit even though the minute we were checking out someone was being put in our room as soon as it was cleaned. As I was walking up to give room key back I heard them talking about it. Just would have been nice to not loose out on all that money or at least a partial refund. The breakfast was good and hotel was in a good location.

Stay was okay. The front staff was exceptional and very welcoming. The breakfast area we did not partake in. Although we did try to fill our personal cups with water for our day out and there was a sign saying please do not use personal bottles. We stayed in a family suite. The room size was decent for four of us. However the beds were very uncomfortable and hard. They also make a lot of noise including the pull out bed. The ac even set to 68 could not cool off the room thankfully we brought a fan with us. The little table to eat at only had three chairs for a five person occupancy room. The worst part was all the noise. You could hear all the cars on the strip all night long along with the heavy doors closing in the hallway.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights; two rooms as we were travelling with our adult children. I was really happy that despite this hotel being in the "main" area, we were actually a bit more shielded from the insanity of the area. Our rooms were clean and had daily housekeeping; of which I will say were the most cheerful and friendly ladies. 5 stars for those women. The building has underground parking which was nice in the heat and downpours we had, as well as the small picnic area by the river along the back. I would say this feels very typical of older hotels I recall on family road trips but is has been modernized. Despite getting fresh towels daily, there should be investments made in new towels, many of our were frayed or well worn. Front desk was a bit nonchalant about clients. Breakfast was a gamble with a "once it's gone it's gone" feeling which I will chalk up to it being a holiday. There was no where to fill up a water bottle and were told when we asked about the water dispenser on the machine that no, we would have to buy water from the vending machine for $2. I get that people might abuse the privilege and fill up with juice, however bottled water on hand for guests as an option in the heat would be a nice touch. Overall, I'd highly recommend this hotel for a quieter stay with good value; just needs a bit more put into the client experience.

Room was very humid and warm upon arrival. We didn't get in until later and unfortunately didn't figure out the unit wasn't working quiet right until it was already the middle of the night and the kids were sleeping. The hotel room was roomy and clean and beds were comfortable. The pull out couch mattress was old and thin and not great. Breakfast was good, typical hotel bfast. I did love how close the hotel was to everything- right on the pigeon forge strip and could walk to plenty of things. Overall it was a good one night hotel stay...

The property was very nice and the staff was very friendly. The property being just on the outskirts it was easy getting in and out of the parking lot. The room we had looks like it was renovated, very nice and comfortable. The only thing I would say was unsafe about our room was there was a hole cut out under the sink area with wires exposed. Any child could get under there and reach those wires and pull on them.

The staff are simply amazing. I have enjoyed their kindness and customer first attitdue. I had pleasant conversation and service from a Dalton in the receprion and the rest of the staff were kind and I got they really want to help and assist. The location is great and the rooms are clean and well suitable. We are a family of 6, we got 2 rooms and the kids enjoyed our stay as well.

Great family stay. Lady at front desk could have been friendlier. Maybe just true American custom.
