Comfort Inn Nashville - Opryland Area

The hotel is clean, staff is nice and breakfast is good. The only complaint is that their toilet is so low and tiny it feels like toddlers’, and bathroom is small. If they can replace the toilets to normal height and adult size that’ll be good!

We had several family members come together here to celebrate a holiday. The property is not impressive from the outside and has bare minimum amenities. The rooms were very clean and the staff exceeded my expectations on every opportunity. We would stay here again for the value provided when comparing costs to other surrounding hotels.

Overall our stay here was good, it could get quite loud though. Having to listen to people scream at their children in the hallways made it difficult to sleep. The breakfast they served every morning wasn’t the greatest but at least it was something. The bed wasn’t the comfiest but it wasn’t terrible. Overall for the few nights we were there it was good, it was located in a great area which was a huge plus for us because we could just walk to one of the restaurants.

air conditioning didn't work, requested a roll in shower room both time, and got only a mobility accessible room. So paid full price both times, but unable to shower in a rook that didn't drop below 85 degrees, room 330. ADA parking spaces don't have the required access aisles for each spot, so if you use a wheelchair you have to crawl to your chair. Watched a kid at the mini golf next door tee off and nail a car in the parking lot, that was nice. So other than smelling like a sweaty traveler who slept in an old school prison sweat box all night I guess the location is ok ish.

We were there for 4 days. Overall it is an OK facility, although I did know this before hand. The staff was very friendly. I do believe they could step up the cleaning, like more concentration on the corners where debris tends to hide in the halls and rooms. I think management should police the staff a little closer to prohibit someone from smoking in the "broom closet". That odor does tend to migrate to the hall and other rooms. Also, something is seriously up with the humidity control in the facility as our room was constantly "moist", making the floor damp and the bed as well, not allowing towels to even dry overnite. This must be a problem for the whole building as our family had multiple rooms and all had the same comment. BUT overall, a good pick for the area and not break the budget.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was very tight for 1 person, can't imagine how a family would manage. The breakfast was good, but another waffle maker is definitely needed, it was being kept clean by staff.
