Check in and check out were horrible because the computers were down, so employees had to escort us to our rooms to open the door with a Master Key every time. We waited almost an hour for a luggage cart, so I finally went down to get one.
Maria, the lady at the front desk was incredible! She helped me tremendously, because I haven’t traveled a lot, and she gave me a wonderful peace of mind about my safety in a hotel where I had no room key.
I doubt I would choose to go back to this hotel, because hotel staff started opening my door to clean by 7 am, and then every thirty minutes after until our 1 pm check-out, because the computers were still down.
I need to note that I forgot two important items in the room safe. One was my medications. I realized I didn’t have them when I got off the airplane, and immediately called the hotel.
The staff retrieved it, and my family was able to drive the two hours each way to get my things.

Me and my family checked in at 4:00. We were told 10-15 mins to wait so we did. 4:30 and we still dont have a room. Told again that we can’t actually know what time were going to get in the room knowing that we have to be at a concert at 6:00. Not giving us any consideration that we have to get ready. We had to end up canceling and having to find another hotel.

We chose this hotel for the for the first time to have amenities like pool side bar, nice rooms, valet etc,
We were disappointed to begin the trip with hauling our items and kids up to the wrong room. They figured that out and we got to our correct room, the shower only had one scolding hot temp which doesn’t work with kids. We went down to the pool to have a drink and relax and the bar was not open. For a higher price point we expected much better service. I will say the valet employees were wonderful!

It was a nice hotel. We stayed in several hotels during our 3 week vacation and this one was good but nothing special. It was clean and everything worked so that was good. The pool was nice but crowded. The tv was disappointing. No kids channels and very little to choose from.

Families traveling with small children - Beware! The property was clean however, there is no concierge available to assist with planning/accommodations. We were traveling with our toddler and we found it unbelievable, frankly, that a hotel costing us $450/night did not have a shuttle/vehicle to transport guests in the immediate area. Even more disappointing is when we called to have someone help us line up a cab or service that had a car seat, we were told they couldn't help us. They directed us to the valet, which was no help. Finally, we had to make the decision to use a cab and carry our toddler on our lap which is obviously illegal and dangerous but we had no other option.

This hotel was extremely convenient in its location and for the shops it has inside. Coffee shop, dining (which is also super fast at delivering to your room) and bar. Adorable shopping at the Five & Tenn, great boutique finds and local finds (Able line and TN memorabilia). Conveniently located with an adjoining hallway to the Country Music hall of fame. The heated pool was a favorite for the kiddos and they loved their coloring packets! The hotel responded promptly to any of our concerns. Checking in and checking out and valet were all seem less as well. Next time in Nashville we will definitely be coming back to the Omni!

Very disappointing. Despite the website advertising this hotel as kid friendly and having a kids program, there was no mention of that at any point. There was no back pack or kids pack at check in. The Hotel restaurant was closed, and upon asking for referrals the front desk said to check out Barlines. We walked in and there was standing room only and it was loud and not a single family in there. How is that family friendly??? The pool didn’t serve food or any kids drink options. This couldn’t have been less family friendly.

We booked two rooms for a weekend overnight stay. We called ahead and confirmed the reservation and notified of a late check in. When we got there that evening, they advised we had no rooms and they were over booked. They were able to find another location however, this was a terrible inconvenience for our family during the late hour. It added an hour to our check in. We had to walk to another hotel and a member of our family is handicapped and had to walk. When checkout happened as our car was already valeted, they took 45 minutes and I had to come to them for a follow up at which they still had the keys. This was a very disappointing experience for a high star hotel. This was also very frustrating as we arrived late and confirmed ahead of time. For a five star hotel this was terrible.
