I can’t remember her name but she had black hair with bangs kind of like a goth supermodel. Any ways she was amazing!!! She was there when we checked in and made great conversation while doing it. She was knowledgeable and efficient in everything. We had a family emergency and had to check out early and she was helping like 3 people at once and was cool calm and collected and quick. The hotel had great amenities and it was clean and staff friendly. Breakfast was great and the music at the restaurant was very pleasant. My wife and I definitely agree this will be our hotel choice when we come back to Nashville.

Our stay was awesome, beds comfy, food delicious and kids enjoyed the pool. The staff was friendly and helpful with any questions. We are coming back again! Great Experience.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We had a junior siute which was great. Room was very comfortable, bed was super comfortable. Had a shower and bath(never used because it was too hot out). Pool and area was good and they served you drinks there. Food at the morning breakfast was very good. Good selection... coffee was very good. Night time snacks were surprisingly good and you got 3 drinks per person per day..... A good place to stay, walkable to Broadway, lots of dining options close.

We were in town for one night to see Bill Burr and wanted a hotel that was within walking distance. The hotel was great! Service was quick, rooms were clean and beds were very comfy. We certainly enjoyed the complimentary meal and three drinks from 5:30-7pm and free breakfast. This was a money saver and would be great for a family with children if you’re looking for a quick and easy and of course free meal. We would stay here again.

Drury Plaza Hotel offered 3 free drinks every evening and dinner on them. It helped with having the family on the trip. The place was clean and everyone greeted you and were very polite. Definitely going to stay there again.

If you’re going to the Nashville Predators NHL hockey game, this is the hotel for you. Very convenient and a short walk to and from the venue is the way to go. Not to mention you are 2 blocks away from the heart of downtown Nashville, TN. Our family enjoyed the stay, wish the pool area was open a bit later but that would be my only critique of our fantastic stay at The Drury Hotel downtown Nashville.

Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay. It is very clean. The desk staff and the food service staff were all extremely nice and friendly. The indoor/outdoor pool with the hot tub was a huge hit with our family. While some were able to walk to all the nearby restaurants and honky tonks, others could stay and swim. There was always plenty of pool towels. Having breakfast, dinner and drinks included made our trip that much more affordable. We would definitely recommend to friends and family to stay here.

First family trip to Nashville and had a great time staying at the Drury Plaza! It was an easy walk to Broadway to listen to great country music and the hotel itself was awesome! We had zero complaints.....cleanliness, friendly & accommodating staff....we were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary daily hot breakfast, happy hour cocktails and hot food buffet....if/when we return to Nashville, we'll absolutely stay at the Drury Plaza again!
