Very clean, quiet and spacious rooms. Beds were comfortable. Their Premium Suite that we stayed in had 3 rooms all with king size beds, 2 bathrooms, full size kitchen, large island for dining and a separate sitting area. Great city views from the balcony and about a 10 minute walk to Broadway. Great for family gatherings. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back. Easy check in/out

Really cool place. Pros: Like staying in a condo. Unique furniture and comfortable beds. You are just a couple blocks from the main drag and I liked that because you can go have fun but when you get back it gives you distance from the outside noise so you can sleep. Customer service is done through text and it is fast response. Cons: Parking is lousy. You have to pay ($35 when we went) and there were no spots available when we arrived. We parked across the street in a private lot for $38 for a day. This wasn't something I wanted to deal with after a long drive. Second, AC in the unit is quite loud, but, at least you have it I guess. Lastly, the building is probably wood framed as when the family with a kid was running all over their room it was quite loud. And that kid ran around for a long time.

We loved Bode! Our group of 9 (8 adults and 1 baby) stayed 4 nights and really enjoyed the layout of the 2 Bedroom Suites. Spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. Location was important to us and Bode was a convenient 5-10 minute walk to Broadway. Friendly and helpful service just a text away. Beautiful, modern decor. Comfy beds. We did find it quite loud outside at night (expected in Nashville) so would recommend a sound machine/fan if you're a light sleeper. Very nice to have Dawn Cafe and Side Bar on site, don't skip these. Beautiful courtyard. Highly recommend.

Don't even know where to start with the dissatisfaction of this property. Someone lipsticked a pig old hoel trying to make it hip. Exactly what you would expect if a 20 something kid built a hotel from internet searches having never actually been at one. Garbage threadbare towels that remove flesh when you dry. No amenities one would normaly find at a hotel like closet, ironing board, garbage can. Room is so small the bed takes up 90% of the space. Then there is the check in process. They neglect to tell you no onsite staff or front desk. You have to do it entirely on line and compromise your persoal identity to get your room keycode. Stay away at all costs, especially for their room rates. Every surrounding property is a better value.

Conveniently located - short walk to broadway. Stayed in a 3-bedroom unit with family members - beds very comfortable, entire unit was very clean. Had a full kitchen. Parking available on-site for $35 a night with code provided. Will definitely come back again when in Nashville

I use a manual wheelchair and my family and I rented a 2 bedroom accessible unit which worked for us, but would have been hard if I was traveling alone. Here’s my review of accessibility:
There’s only one accessible parking spot and it’s not van accessible. We parked in this space the first two nights, but it was taken the last night and my husband had to drop me off out front in the rain and park in the back.
The sidewalks were narrow - I had no trouble with the gates, codes, or getting into the Dawn cafe. I am a para, however, with full hand function. I couldn’t get to the fire pits easily because of deep, small gravel.
The unit was located by the front gate on the first floor and all the doors and hallways were wide. I could roll under one of the kitchen counters, but not the farmhouse sink. All plates, bowls, cups, and glasses were high up on an open shelf, way out of my reach - my family had to get them down for me. The island was not accessible.
The bathroom was great for the most part, although the pocket door was broken and didn’t lock. The shampoo was on the opposite end of the shower from the hand held shower head, but the shower was big and they provided a small shower chair.
The bed was not easy for me to get in, but I was able to do it with some effort.
Some minor issues - noise from units next door and above and local fire department- but didn’t ruin the trip. Also - no hooks, hangers, or valet in master. Staff, location, and price were great.

It’s a charming hotel and very spacious. The cafe is a perfect wind down and I heard the bar is fun, but unfortunately I did not have the chance to go. The rooms were ideal for families, couples or singles.
The bathroom was disappointingly not clean. The floor and bathtub looked dirty and the water backed up in the shower. I was on the first floor and could hear everything above.
Check in was seamless and the person answering the texts were very prompt.
