Best Western Plus Belle Meade Inn & Suites

Nice, older hotel in need of a few renovations, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay as a family. We would stay again.

We have stayed at this location many times over the last seven years and have always found it clean, comfortable. The staff has been good to work with. It is our go to place when we are in town to visit family.

Location is great for downtown Nashville, not even a 10 minute drive depending on traffic. (Traffic is awful downtown Nashville) Breakfast was one of the better ones I've had. Pool is great for the kids. Rooms were clean and stay was as expected.

We really enjoyed staying her. Staff were friendly and approachable. Good breakfast, well stocked and maintained. clean and tidy. Nice quiet rooms. Very good business suite with free printing. Useful for boarding passes. Very reasonable on site washing facilities very useful for a travelling family ($2 wash $2 dry) Also has a laundry service. Very good access intotown and lots of eateries a reasonable distance away. Really liked this place for ease of access into town. Only down side is that all breakfast is served on disposable items. (plates, cups utensils etc) This is same in all US hotels apparently and is industry norm in states but but totally alien to us as people from UK. This hotel just doing what everyone else does. That small comment asise it was an excellent stay and would reccommend Thank you Best Western Nashville!!

We planned a family trip with our adult children and we got 2 rooms. My kids had no complaints and we felt the rooms had what we needed and plenty of towels and soft clean pillows! The free breakfast was also good. My only complaint is that our room had a layer of dust on most surfaces. I couldn’t help but notice that. Otherwise, a nice 3-night stay in Nashville :)

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. If i could give it negative stars I would. I read the reviews and it is clear to me these sre sketchy. Using the name "Bell Meade" in the hotel name is very misleading. Its a dump, and its a franchised hotel owned by a very rude little man who calls himself "cap" They put us in a filthy room where the mattress was almost on the floor and completely old and warn out. The shower didnt work, you could only use the bathtub. When i called to complain about the room, the girl at the front put Cap on the phone. I was very calm and matter of fact. The mattress needs to be replaced and the shower fixed. Nobody should be required to sleep on this old mattress. I asked to be put in a new room. He told me hebhad a better idea, I could just leave and find a bed at another hotel. I wasnt yelling or cursing and this man was a cocky jerk who basically wanted me to leave because I complained. I had prepaid for my room and a family members room. This is the kind of guy who will keep the money and not return it. I asked him if he was kicking me out because i complained. He said no but I could leave. I told him I wasnt leaving, I paid already. If I hadnt paid already, we would have all left. The second room the beds were at least higher off the ground and firmer. I bet that crapppy mattress is still there. Cap is rude. Buyer beware. The only good thing about this place was Anh, the little sweet woman who works in the breakfast area in the morning.
