Mike did a great job of checking us in. All downhill after check in. Got in room and refrigerator didn't work, they had to bring us a new one. Air co ditioner blew cold for a few minutes and then warm for a few minutes, which made it rough for someone with asthma. They did offer to take the window out and clean the coils off but they said window would be out for a few hours. It was already warm enough in there didn't want that when it was 90 degrees outside. Didnt get much sleep because it was so warm in the room. Floors was dirty, sink didn't drain. I felt like they didn't care about their patrons, because if they did they never would have rented that room out in the condition it was in. I guess it is all about the money their, as they never once offered to compensate for the conditions we had to stay in or even offer to move us to another room. I didnt think choice hotels family chain would treat their patrons that way. It was 4th of july weekend so maybe they was booked solid and could not move us to a diffrent room which i understand that, but did not even offer anything for the horrible conditions. I even ask for a fan and they couldn't even accommodate that such a joke.

My family and I stayed here for a week, and we did not have anyone checking up on us for clean towels, new trash bags, etc. The shower was so clogged that it was backing up above our ankles. The bathroom sink was also clogged. We did mention the clogged shower issue to an employee, who fixed it. Overall, we were pleased with our stay, but there were some things like that, that could have been better to make our stay more enjoyable.

The room was large enough for a family of 5. Kids loved the pool and it was very clean. Breakfast was also enough to fill everyone up for a day of sports.

We were just driving thru and needed a place to sleep. The front desk was very friendly. The beds were super comfortable. The rooms were spacious and clean. We wish we had more time to spend there. But got up in the morning and had a great breakfast to hit the road again. Easy off and on the expressway. We will definitely be coming back, since we travel back and forth from Illinois to Florida for family visits a lot. This will be our overnight stopping grounds.

I was nervous to stay here after reading reviews about people getting dirty rooms that had mold in them. When we first checked in, it had been raining so much that there was flooding all around. The first room we were put in had a leak in the ceiling with water running down the walls. I notified the front desk and we were immediately put into a different room. They immediately shut down the room with the leak and notified maintenance. The new room we were put in was excellent. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The front desk staff was super attentive to our needs and never seemed bothered by our kids. Breakfast was also EXCELLENT and well worth staying at the hotel for. Our only negative was that housekeeping never stopped in to clean or make beds, and never gave new towels or took out the trash.

We absolutely loved the service. The front desk gentleman was so cheerful even though we came in after midnight. He was polite and enjoyable to talk with. The room was spacious, clean and temperature controls worked perfectly. A clean hot shower on a road trip is a must and this was perfect. We will be marking this hotel as one to stay at again and to share with family and friends to use when traveling this way as we do often. The cute outdoor seating was so adorable!

Nice, clean hotel. Bed was very comfortable and pillows were fluffy. Plenty of room for our toddler to run around after a long day in the car. Staff was friendly and helpful. I will say- we discovered he was able to open the door lever on the outside door. Hadn’t noticed that at other hotels we stopped at, so if you have a toddler this might be a concern. We had to push a chair against it as a deterrent.

Was an okay stay. First day of breakfast was closed before 10:00 and food and drinks were taken away. When asking to get items since it was still before 10:00 of breakfast being closed I got attitude from a worker and acted like we were bothering her when I and another person who was staying at hotel asked for the items we were wanting. Since I wasn't able to get drinks for my kids.

Front desk staff was very nice and helpful with the check-in process. Breakfast exceeded expectations including regular and chocolate waffles (hit with the kids), biscuits, eggs, sausage and chobani yogurt. The hotel itself could use some updating, but everything was very clean and the rooms are spacious. After staying in 4 hotels of the same brand this week (in several states), this one was definitely the best.

Not a bad hotel, the only issue I had was of the room for a family of 6 wasn't much room
