Hyatt Place Knoxville Downtown

This hotel was perfectly located in the middle of it all. Market square, shopping and TN river. The staff was super kind, breakfast was yummy the breakfast attendant was helpful and sweet. I’ve never been one to sleep in hotels but this hotel has the coziest beds ever, I slept like a baby…

Amazing staff, we stayed with a family for a night, enjoyed the gym, check in and breakfast staff were professional and friendly.

Had just an overnight stay from Sat to Sun. The hotel's location was terrific; many fun shops & restaurants right outside the door, in addition to Market Square, which was fun and lively on a Saturday night- all the shops were open late and many people (and families) were enjoying the summer evening. Felt very safe strolling around. World's Fair Grounds, Knoxville Museum and the Convention Center all within walking distance as well. Valet is available for a daily fee BUT there is also a Municipal Garage literally around the block that offers FREE pkg on the weekends. Nice complimentary breakfast, pretty lobby with lounge, room/bathroom was very clean, bright and comfortable. Hotel feels fresh and modern. Staff was professional. Rate was reasonable. Would choose this property again.

Staff at this hotel was the best part. They were friendly and accommodating. Room was as described and spacious for our family.

I received a call confirming our reservation to make sure we were coming. Never had this before it was great as I mentioned to we were still coming due to loss of a family member. To our surprise when we got to our room we had a nice heart felt card and a star bucks gift card. Never in my life have we received such niceness like that before with a hotel. All the staff were super friendly. Our room was amazing as well.
