Very nice hotel in a good location close to everything in downtown Knoxville. The room was clean and service was amazing. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool as well.

-Clean room.
-Comfortable mattresses! Sheets were itchy though.
-Restaurant was great to have onsite, but it is expensive for the quality.
-Service from all the staff was fantastic. -The bathroom was very small, with limited counter space- adequate for a single traveler but tight for a family of 4. The bathroom fan was broken. The shower was a weird design that made it impossible to turn on the water without getting sprayed with cold water first.
-The pool was a little moldy and dated but at least it wasn’t freezing.
-Lots of traffic noise, including a loud train several times a day and at night. The noise is to be expected in a downtown hotel but may be a drawback for some, so I would not recommend for light sleepers.
-Fantastic location for enjoying downtown Knoxville- can walk everywhere.

The property was fine we, we checked a little before midnight after 14 hours on the road and quickly hit the sack for about 2 hours. Then the fire alarms went off and I had to rush me and my 3 children down 10 flights of stairs in pajamas to go wait outside on the street. With zero communication from staff on what was happening. My young daughter is crying and terrified and when we finally talk to staff they say it’s a false alarm but don’t really know what’s happening. We get back to the room and the alarm goes off again! I finally get them back to sleep and it’s 3:30 in the morning. We are up at 6 to check out and do so around 6:40 after waiting in line just to be told “ hey there’s a parking fee for the first time. Again the hotel is nice but experience was beyond awful. No consideration for guests and I should have booked elsewhere given the abysmal level of hospitality.

Our stay was absolutely lovely. The hotel is very clean, nicely re-done, and comfortable for a family of 3 with a dog. The food options at the hotels were good but in walking distance there is Market Square which had the best dining options and cutest shops. I’d definitely stay here again!

The view from the fifth floor the only negative thing was they was a dog barking in the next room dog should be on one level and they with children, unattended, playing on the elevators and running up and down the hallway, knocking on doors.

Last time i stayed here was 4 years ago. The hotel looks "tired" at the present time. Only one elevator was working which made a 5 to 10 minute wait to use it. I had to walk the stairs down 7 stories three times in my ONE day stay.
The room had some stains on the carpet and the Chair, the water pressure in the bathroom was not good.
At the bar, the bar seats were ripped. A kid was loudly playing the piano, on and off, for 3 hours...Kinda annoying. There was also a large group in the bar, practically yeling, and swearing, loudly, a lot.
Other than that, i would stay again.

This overnight stay in Knoxville was AMAZING compared to where we stayed a week prior. The Crowne is located just about a block from downtown, where there is a ton to do with family members of all ages.
The hotel itself is super fancy. The pool is great shallow enough on one end for my toddler to stand and play. The King room was just as I'd expect from such a nice hotel.
The only thing that I didn't really enjoy is that the parking is paid, which they bill you for at check out (roughly $10 a night). Also the breakfast, which the "buffet" option is clearly continental, wasn't included however they did offer a menu with other breakfast options. If I had to stay again I would probably hit one of the restaurants close by.
Overall the hotel was super nice and the staff was super friendly. Would stay again.
