Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Gatlinburg Downtown

Great place to stay. Walking distance to the main attractions. Breakfast was incredible. Staff friendly. Safe. Nice for a family with kids. I do recommend this hotel.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. It’s clean, staff is friendly, and the property was not too far from attractions. I would highly recommend the trolley (across the street) to get out further. The breakfast was ok, can’t complain. Beds were a little firm for my taste but no big deal. Also, the pillows would go flat, however we requested more and problem solved. Pool area was small but cozy and had plenty of lounge chairs. I would definitely be coming to stay here again when I come back to Gatlinburg!

Great cozy room. Excellent for families. Seamless checkin and checkout, friendly staff. Nice pool area. Breakfast was okay. I have couple of suggestions that can further improve your service- breakfast timings are from 6:30 to 10:00 am, we went to breakfast at around 8:30 am on both the days of our stay even then some of the stuff got over and your staff was slow in refilling and didn’t refill quite a few things citing the food is over, you should provide same food to all your customers during the breakfast hours. Another area you can improve is have a small restaurant within the hotel or at least provide contacts of some nearby restaurants that can deliver. We really enjoyed our stay, thanks for your service.

The property was located in a nice area and the condition as very good. I stayed with family and it was an overall good experience

I loved the view of the mountains from my room. It appeared to be a safe place, everything was walking distance. I absolutely enjoyed the property. My family and I had a great time here.

There is no safe deposit box which would be nice to have to leave valuable items rather than carrying on me , , There was no room service as we had to ask the cleaning staff that we run into hallway for extra towels as we had a party of 4 and we need clean towels as we stayed for two days ,breakfast was minimal it would be nice to have better selection and it was same everyday , Overall really clean and would definitely be back as this was our second time in a same hotel , nice staff and location is 5 min walk from the center , love the complimentary coffee and tea all day , it was nice to grab a cup of tea after a long day in cold weather , Love the fireplace inside and firepit outside , Will be back with my family ,

Unfriendly staff who made my family feel unwelcome. I was shocked by the rudeness of the staff and felt like a burden rather than a guest when I arrived. Apparently the receptionists conversation regarding a package delivery was more important than paying customers. Sorry to have bothered you with our presence.

Clean large suites. Would recommend for a family. Breakfast buffet in the AM is convenient.
