Carpeted floor was sopping wet by the AC unit. Contacted front desk and they didn’t have another room for us to move into. We had to put towels on the floor to mark the areas we needed to avoid since we were traveling with small children. We were too exhausted to find another hotel and move to. It was only for one night so we had to bare the conditions.

The studio room was spacious and comfortable. We have two small children, so it’s important to have space to play. Bathroom was accesible and spacious too. Breakfast was great with the chocolate milk for kids and a great waffle. I just would have liked the breakfast items to be restocked since I could not find hot water and fruits after the first 2 hours.

Was making a reservation for a child while they were driving home only to discover collierville too far to get to and ask for a reservation cancellation also told the reservationist since it was done through third party had to have them call her and she would issue the credit. This was all done at 12:30 am to 12:45am on sept 7. How can this company stay in business with the unforeseen practices. We are now out double due to the advertisement hotels. Com advertises free cancellations yet their hotels don’t not good practive
