Courtyard by Marriott Chattanooga Downtown

Great hotel with a great view! Staff was wonderful and the room fit our family of five very well.

The staff was super friendly. Wish some sort of complimentary breakfast was included in our reservation because that was another $32 expense for our family. The bed / pillows are horrible. The bed was sooooo stiff and the pillows were beyond flat. Had the worst night of sleep.

Enjoyed our stay! Our toddler was quick to say “this hotel has everything after we checked in and saw the indoor pool and then our room.”

Dennis was amazing! He helped us in so many ways! Everyone was so nice and friendly. They made us feel like family. The room was clean, the bed was amazing and so were the pillows. I have a pinched nerve in my neck. Usually when we go somewhere the pillows hurt my neck. It's not the case here. If you're looking for an amazing stay in Downtown Chattanooga look no further than this place. Can't wait to go back ❤️

Our experience was great. We would definitely stay again! We had a corner room with a view of the river and aquarium. We walked around the area at night with our elementary aged kids to grab dinner and view some of the sights. The beds were comfy, room was clean, and the staff very friendly.

Location ALWAYS MATTERS greatly and this Hotel definitely has that! Walkable to all that we chose to do each day - only time we took the car out was to go to see the Enchanted Lights at Rock City 20 min away on Lookout Mtn. Tennessee Aquarium and newly released Aquaman Movie at the IMAX Theater were both directly across the street from our super comfortable room. Great walkable restaurants. Did some shopping at a few little shops. Kids loved the pool and kids & grownups loved the fire pit!!! Our 3rd stay here over the years. Thank you Marriott, for making this awesome space available at a price the avg family can afford for a few nights away! Most Staff was so incredibly helpful and thoughtful and the front desk folks were AWESOME throughout our stay. The cleaning staff was not rude, but were a little indifferent. None spoke English which made it hard to ask for things needed to replenish a few things during our 3 night stay. Bathroom configuration is small for a 4 person room but hotel is soon to undergo renovation so look forward to that taking place. Will always choose this hotel when we go to Chattanooga for a few nights!

Awesome..nice room, really comfortable bed. Balcoy view is scenic. Lookouts Minor league baseball stadium and Tennessee River a short walk. View of Lookout Mountain. Across the street the IMAX theater. 5 star baby..

Nice hotel. Quick family trip. Indoor pool was very cold! Many places to walk and explore.

This day was bad the bieds were hard I thought the Marriott is supposed to be top notch I was disappointed and so are my children. There is a small dormitory refrigerator and a cabinet. There’s not even a microwave. No one came in offer you clean tiles we stay two nights I wouldn’t do it again not for the cost of that room.

Great property. Pool area was clean but pool is small. Grandchildren enjoyed it.
