Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean and cozy. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend to all of my family.

We accompanied our daughter as she attended the FBLA conference. The room was very comfortable and surprisingly quiet with hundreds of kids in the building. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Amazing hotel! Friendly staff, beautiful hotel. I thought I had found my place to stay in Chattanooga. Unfortunately the beds are so uncomfortable and tiny. My husband and I were sharing a double but it was so small. We’ve never had that problem before in thirty years of traveling. The friendly staff and great food were enough for us to give it another try maybe with a king bed but never another double so the kids won’t be coming with us!

Clean, adequate rooms. Everything was clean and as described. Valet and hotel staff were wonderful and responsive. Very safe environment. Lots of elevators to keep things moving on busy mornings at the convention center. We were able to get most anything we needed right on property. You are a short walk/ride from lots of food and activities. Would recommend for business or family.

We were there for comic con and had a very good time! The hotel was amazing and most of the staff were incredibly friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was that the cleaning staff tried to force us out of the room to clean when my children and I were busy in the room, even after I tried to explain that we didn’t need anything done. She still unlocked the door and forced her way in which felt extremely rude and invasive.

Pleasant experience. Note that parking and breakfast are not complementary. Too far to walk to the aquarium if you are toting kids. Be prepared to drive (and pay for more parking). Indoor pool was more hot tub than pool with very warm water (we found this to be nice). Keep your room key after checking out so that you can exit the parking garage gate.
