Holiday Inn Express & Suites Nashville Southeast - Antioch, an IHG Hotel

Amazing staff! The room and hotel were very clean. The lovely lady who checked us in was very friendly and full of information about the area. She took time out of her busy day to tell the best places for kids and live music. The lady who checked us out was just as sweet! We are definitely come back to this hotel. Ohhhh and I can not forget breakfast!!! Amazing !!!!....thank you for taking such good care of us while we were in town!

Staff ready to help kids put latch and deadbolt and went to sleep .Staff tried everything until we got it open.

Was visiting family really enjoyed the amenities the hotel offered but seeing a cockroach in my room was disheartening but other than that no complaints

My family stayed here on 3/17 on our way to a vacation. Our vehicle was broken into, along with 4 others. Only our vehicle had personal property stolen. I am out over $1,500 in deductibles and loss in personal property. Manager offered a light apology and said unfortunately this has happened a lot lately. That would have been nice to know upon arrival. So now we sit here trying to figure out insurance and police reports while we should be enjoying ourselves on vacation. Kids are now worried about the vehicle being broken into at every place we stop. Was told our room would be credited but still haven’t received the credit. Thanks a lot Nashville. Who is going to pay for our losses? Hotel didn’t seem to care about the event or the strain it puts on the kids. If they were aware of this being an ongoing issue, every customer should be made aware of this.

We were traveling with our one and three year old and stayed in a suite, this is by far one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in with the little ones. We will always stay here when traveling through the area from now on.

I have no complaints about the property other than the pool. It was definitely in need of a good cleaning, but there had been lots of kids in it the previous night when we check in. Staff was helpful, and the room was really clean.

I liked the easy access to the snacks and pool for my kids! The staff was very helpful and assisted with towels we needed over and over for usage. I enjoyed my stay and definitely booking again ! I just wish they had a bar…i was hoping to come in and sit at the bar taking a few shots relaxing in the lobby but that’s not a deal breaker ! Great hotel !

Recently spent two nights while visiting family. Room was clean, modern and adequate. Did not take advantage of breakfast. Parking could sometimes get full.Elevator wait times were reasonable.

It was a great stay. The full breakfast was a very good plus. I slept like a baby the whole night and ate like a King the next morning.
