Hilton Garden Inn Nashville/Smyrna

The property was average, but would be nice if the pool had heat. Called before reservation was made ask about the pool. Family arrived ready for relaxation no heat in the pool. People children took the spa to play due to the water being so cold. Also the soap in the showers was empty. Other then that was clean thanks

The front desk didnt give us the room we paid for. There was a large party with lots of kids so loud we had to be moved. (Banging on walls and screaming) we were moved to another floor the party wasnt on but still didnt get the room we paid for. Breakfast was amazing and hotel staff excellent. We could have insisted but were too tired to complain. Honestly overall was a good stay just large party taking up the hotel. Very good hotel...

We walked in and my kid said oh this is fancy! We loved everything about the property! The pool was freezi g which was okay and the hot tub was hooooooot! Didnt like the proce of the breakfast but we just went down the street to eat! Would defiently stay again

This hotel was extremely nice. The location was very convenient with several family-style restaurants and shopping centers nearby. Access to the interstate was also very easy. The staff was very professional and courteous at all times. The king-size room was very spacious and comfortable. It included a microwave & refridgerator which we appreciated. The bed was so welcoming after days spent sight-seeing and shopping. Over-all it was a very enjoyable experience and we will definetly stay here again when in the Nashville area.
