We loved this hotel. The place was spotlessly clean, the kids loved the pool & the staff was so nice. Walker was especially helpful and nice, as was Chad. 10 out of 10!

Beautiful, new & clean hotel. Pool area was nice for the kids. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were not extensive but solid; everyone found something. It was a good, comfortable stop during our longer family vacation road trip.

Hotel is very clean and comfortable. We stay here often when visiting family nearby. Normally no complaints but I cannot say that this time. On the second night of our stay, we were awakened at 1 am by the front desk calling both of our rooms saying there was a noise complaint from the floor below. Instead of going up to the 4th floor to confirm IF there was a noise problem (which there was not from our rooms since we were sleeping!), the desk clerk decided to call our rooms at 1 am and wake our entire family up. Our night of interrupted sleep did not make for a well-rested drive home

Great hotel for stay in Sioux Falls. Would like actual doors on the bathroom though, a little awkward for our family. Other than that, would book again.

This was the nicest hotel we stayed at on our cross country trip. The staff were all very friendly and the room was beautiful. Our family felt very comfortable and slept great on these awesome beds. We traveled with dogs and the outdoor facilities were also the cleanest we've experienced. Very close to chain dining and shops which was helpful for us on a long haul trip. Great stay.

Might be a good idea to have families with kiddos on first floor. The noise from jumping from the room above us was a bit much. Jumping is just plain fun!
