Matthew at the front desk came to the hot tub when we were in and asked to take a picture then put it on FB. He was very scary. The next day he was with a woman and her 3 kids. She left them in the pool/hot tub and left them there all alone. They were little. Thanks

Our stayed at the Kelly Inn was our first night of our family vacation on our way to Yellowstone, Rushmore, Grand Tetons, and Custer. Overall it was a fine hotel. The room was fine and location was great -- very close to the Corn Palace. The breakfast was great and very busy. Our one concern was the pool. It was super dark in the pool with very little lighting. The pool also looks like it needed a litle cleaning attention. Overall, it was a fine stay.

Slightly outdated but very clean. Super pet friendly and welcomed our dog with no pet fees. No pet smells in any place. Beds were too firm for us. But overall a good place to stay overnight for a family with a pet.

This place looks pretty good from the outside and in the lobby area however, my family had two rooms on first floor and they are both kind of awful! Torn carpet, bubbled ceiling from water damage, cracks in ceiling finish, musty, stained chairs in both rooms - sort of an unclean sensation in both rooms. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again, trying to figure out how to sleep tonight and just hit the road tomorrow.

Check in was fast and simple, very cute hotel. The pullout bed in our suite is not great and the sheets are too small for it, so i have one semi-unhappy kid, but otherwise its very nice.

The location was excellent, and the hotel was quiet, even though full. The breakfast was also good. However, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. There was mildew in the shower and a thick layer of dust over the vents. We both woke coughing and congested which cleared after we left the hotel. There were greasy handprints from a small child on the mirrored closet door, and no soap, coffee cups, or coffee condiments left in the room. It appeared as if the room was only partially serviced.

Unfortunately we did not call the hotel to confirm pool was in workong order. Should be updated on webaite and Hotels.com filters. Room was ovciously a former amoking room, horrible. Got new room, slightly better. Juat dissapointing for grandkids after long day on car to have no pool then stinky room. Was ready to check out and get another jotel in town. Stagf was very good and facility was well kwpt except smoke amell.
