Hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly, pleasant, and helpful! Located near many restaurants and shopping. Our family felt very welcomed at this hotel and we would definitely stay here again!

We only stayed one night for my daughter's Vollyball tournament. So didnt get to enhoy the full mesure of amenities. But I can say the staff was super friendly and helpful. The lobby was updated clean and welcoming and the rooms top rate. Beds and pillows were comfy. Clean room with lots of space. Well lit and easy parking. Overall fir what i laid it was a greatdeal for everything. Oh and pet friendly also with no ridiculous over charge. If im in the area again which with my kid in vollyball ill definitely be staying here again!

We liked how the Staff worked with us, even though Travelocity had not informed the Hotel of our Reservation after more than two weeks. The Hotel is spotless, as it is clearly newly renovated. The room was spacious and clean. The Breakfast was above average for these days, and the rate we were charged. I will definitely stay again when we come to visit our Rock Hill family. We could not have been happier that we chose Clarion Pointe.

The property was nice and clean. I do recommend you check your bill…I was overcharged $20 for my pet fee and was accessed and additional tourism and levy tax fee in which Expedia did not add nor do they tell you upon check in. I also recommend to eat early because folks left a horrible mess and did not clean after their children. Overall, I would stay again because of location and cleanliness.

We really enjoyed our stay at Clarion Pointe! The room, and all the public areas were super clean and very nice! The staff were all very friendly and so kind to our children, and even remembered which sporting events they were competing in that weekend! The owner Rupa is a gem and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! We will definitely be back!

The hotel room was very clean and the staff incredibly welcoming, but the rooms were not smoke free. The kids and I woke up several times from the very strong smoking smells from nearby rooms. The A/C unit in the room was also unusually loud.
