The hotel was a good stay just had the people above us, had their kids jumping and making noise for hours at night and in the morning. Then the people just slamming doors in the night and early morning

We had the most wonderful individual named Nya behind the desk. When we arrived and checked in she greeted us with smile and overwhelming kindness. Due to Nya alone, my family and I will always look and reserve stays with Tru, not just in Orangeburg but anywhere we go, strictly because of Nya.

The staff were amazing. Unfortunately, I had to cut my stay due to a death in the family. The front staff were supportive and comforting and made me feel supported during the worse time of my life.

Do your homework if bringing a pet. I wish hotels.com could reflect the pet fee. It was $75!! That brought our one night hotel stay up to nearly $300. I would not return for this reason, when other places either don’t have a fee or charge only $25. My kids have the potential to cause more damage than my dog ever would.

This hotel was very clean , very nice and helpful staff. The room were very nice and clean . We enjoyed our stay there. The gaming area was very fun and relaxing outside and letting my kids play in their courtyard games spot was very nice. They have a very clean and well organized environment and breakfast area and stuff members are always right there to help, clean up , or replace anything needed . Loved the stay there .

I love the look of the hotel. Fresh and inviting . The lobby was excellent. Inside the room is not functional. The rooms need a microwave. Its very inconvenient to to walk downstairs to warm up food or a bottle for a baby.

my family and I stayed for two nights upon arrival I was pleasantly greeted and swiftly checked in the room was clean and smelled fresh. we had a small issue where the tv wasn’t working and it was fixed immediately. my only complaint was the noise we encountered from the people in the room above us for over five hours we heard nonstop what appeared to be a dragging and knocking noise
