Holiday Inn Express North Augusta, an IHG Hotel

The pool was closed so the kids were disappointed. Breakfast made up for it. They enjoyed the pancakes with chocolate chips.

I had a very nice stay glad I was on the 1st floor very convenient to family home and other outside stores breakfast was great as well thank you and the staff for all your service

Everything and everyone was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family!

Me and my family stayed two nights. No one came in the 2nd day to give fresh towels or dump trash or even freshen up the room at all. There was no bedding for the pull out sofa and we didn't even have enough towels the day we arrived. The room was booked for 5 and we had 3 bath towels. Just seemed like this property was a bit unorganized. Location was close to freeway for easy access to get started back on the road and there was plenty of food options and a Walmart super center very close. Also the beds were needing to bed replaced, everytime I moved I felt the springs. Rooms were nice and clean, property could have been a little better kept up, outside furniture was stained up and dirty.

My family has used this hotel several times. We came to stay for two days because we had death in our family. But this stay was absolutely horrible. If i can help it, i will not use them again. The check-in process was horrible and then they would not give me a receipt on checkout. Im just frustrated with two of the ladies attitude towards us. Customer service is very important. Being friendly and kind goes a long way.
