The rooms were clean and smelled great, the air conditioning worked well, the common areas were gorgeous and had plenty of space. The property is in great condition and isn’t showing signs of wear and tear. Breakfast was delicious and had tons of options. It was weird to pay for parking in this location and the key cards didn’t always work. We saw an alligator/ crocodile thing near a pond close by the dog area. My favorite hotel during my family’s 2 week vacation.

Upon Arrival the staff were extremely welcoming. Damielle and Tirrell were the first faces to greet me. They were incredibly friendly, attentive to the needs of my mother and made sure we knew of everything the property and the city had to offer. They followed up making sure our stay was going as it should. The property was clean, Inviting and felt luxurious. I wouldn't imagine staying anywhere else when coming to Charleston as I dont know if I would get the same quality of service and lodging Embassy Mt. Pleasant provided. My entire family who traveled from far and near enjoyed their stay just as much as I did. Well done Hilton!! The only con was our key cards not working to get into the garage. But the staff were quick to respond to our calls each time.

This was mixed with buisness and family. I got back to the hotel at 940pm was starving i called for room service they close at 10pm i keep getting bounced back to the front desk from calling room service then finally they answer at 945 and say we are closed for the evening nothing close to eat and I'm starving. Morning comes i go down for breakfast one of my favorite parts of embassy the chef tells me hes out of egg whites feeling absolutely starving from the night before I'm now upset i tell him i am going to go discuss this with the front counter i did the lady at front wanted to try to help but i felt it would escalate anger and i was in tears. I walk back over to the breakfast area and my Niece says don't enter the kitchen they have all circled and are talking bad of you now I'm real upset i go back to the front counter and tell the same lady about their actions horrible as hotel staff to act in such a way never was I re-contacted by a manager I will not recommend this hotel or will I stay here my next stay in Charleston Very dissatisfied stay

Staff was excellent, very helpful and friendly. Hotel was in lovely condition and very clean. Breakfast was excellent! Stayed with young children. Not much to walk to but a safe area with very quick drives to walkable areas in Mount Pleasant and historic Charleston.

From the moment you enter the expansive lobby it just feels inviting and elegant but not stuffy at all. There are many comfortable seating and gathering spots inside and outside so you can use the property and enjoy it beyond your room. It was great to see families and groups just having coffee and hanging out. Really comfortable rooms and friendly staff throughout. Don’t miss the omelet station in the morning as you can order yours to be custom cooked on the spot. Included with your booking! The Patriot’s Point location gives a you a fantastic view of the Peninsula and access to walking and biking the bridge back into the city. Highly recommend this impressive hotel and hope to return soon.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with a balcony and a view of the water, and it was perfect. We came into town for the annual bridge run but, we visit the area often throughout the year and plan to stay here again. We liked the afternoon reception and the complimentary breakfast was so delicious. The omelet station was a family favorite. Keep up the great work. See you next time!

The stay started out horribly. My brother and I were in town for our brother's funeral. Once my brother pulled open the pull out sofa, he discovered 2 piles of feces, old blankets and old pillows that were apparently folded in that manner. We reported this immediately to management. I should have called the health department but didn't. Unfortunately, there was no staff available to come clean the room as the night manager was the only one working at the time. We were offered another room. Our original room was cleaned the following day. Seth Buckworth was the night manager and he was fantastic about trying to make our stay good. He was able to rectify the issues to the best of his ability with a refund for our stay. He was kind and apologetic...and embarrassed for this issue. Rest of the stay was uneventful though the night bartender (female) was abrasive to a family member. I did call customer support during the stay, to file a complaint. I spoke with Daisy who was wonderful. She made sure the situation was rectified and did all she could to turn around a negative experience. I appreciate Daisy and Seth for their efforts. That is what customer service should do to maintain business, when issues arise.

We loved this hotel- all the staff were super friendly! It was super clean and I felt comfortable with all their Covid procedures. I’d definitely recommend it for anyone with or without kids.
