Great hotel. Great location. Clean. Friendly staff. The lazy river was constantly full of kids that were stationary swimming even when there was a nearly empty pool next to it. Made the river unusable often. The bar closes an hour before the pool does. Those were my only negatives. Great stay, I would pick this spot again!

This hotel is very outdated compared to those around it. The parking is horrible! Upon arrival it was explained to me that i had agreed to a room with stair access only-what i did not know is that i would be staying in a completely separate building, across a parking lot, and on the third floor! The connivence of the boardwalk and beach is a plus but the room is so outdated that there is zero noise absorption. So doors opening and slamming all night, screams from the rides located across the street, honking horns, and revving engines take the place of any sounds of the beach. There is a $150 charge upon checking in that’s not released back to you until you turn in the room key at the end of the stay. For what, i don’t know but definitely kept us from being able to do some things that we had hoped for. Upon arrival we were told the carpets were being cleaned and if someone came that we had no choice but to let them in-we never did see them, thankfully. We were also told that our door “stuck” and we would need to pull the handle, then hold our card to the reader, then pull the lever and push. There is a 15 minute check in process and unpacking before you have to move your car to the parking garage that’s located across the street. How anyone is supposed to check in, unpack the car, climb three flights of stairs, and try to remember the appropriate combination for getting the door opened is beyond me. Thankfully i had a teenager with me and not a toddler!

The property is right on the beach and conveniently on the main strip of Myrtle beach. They have a wonderful 24 hour front desk service with helpful staff. We love this hotel so much weve stayed here for the past 4 years when going on vacation. This year they added additional security on the premises and they were extremely friendly. With 3 pools and a kiddy pool the property is well maintained and taken care of.

Did not feel safe, room was very crow. The room was very stuffy It was very humid in there the ac was not cutting it. Also, everywhere you walked by the hotel inside the hotel inside the hotel room, It's smell like "marijuana!" Definitely not a place where you want to take your kids too!

Perfect place for young kids and adults. All activities related to boardwalk are close by and convenient to get to. We stayed off the main building, and the room was average and a little run down. The balcony smelled of pee, so that was a problem. It had a lazy river and hot tub which added to the experience, but I felt it was a little overpriced for the accommodations provided.
