Courtyard by Marriott Myrtle Beach Oceanfront

Stayed here with my family (adult and baby). We had a great time. Staff was extremely friendly. The check in and check out process was easy! The hotel is very clean which is a HUGE factor for us. And the staff certainly stays on top of it too! It is in a great location and area in relation to the local attractions. The pool got a little crowded but wasn’t terrible, we were still able to get a spot. I thought paying a daily rate for parking was ridiculous. And I just wish the breakfast was included for courtyard guests. Overall we had a great time and plan on returning.

This hotel was everything that we were looking for during our stay at the beach. Hotel checkin staff was very helpful, hotel is clean and smells really good, has great amenities, and location is amazing (we could see sunrise from our oceanfront room every day while sipping our morning tea). Rooms are clean and big, enough for our two small kids to play. There’s a big flat screen TV with plenty of options for streaming including YouTube which our kids enjoyed (I usually take my Roku with me especially for this but there ended up being no need for it). There’s a Fire pit on the patio that we started and enjoyed the late evening. Hotel is right at the beach so we took kids over there to play every day and you can use the water Amenities for Breakers next door which is an added plus. Hotel’s own pool is great as well. We moved in to this hotel after checking out early from another hotel that we didn’t like and it was absolutely the right decision. Will definitely stay here again.

Good location. Good you can share hotel groups swimming pools - so access to kids pools and flumes. Pool area clean. Pool towels awful - small hand towels - stained. Access to beach good. Rooms large and clean

Overall a really great place to stay. The pool does get over runned by kids so if your looking for a relaxing pool day... Not gonna happen.

This was a quick trip for a conference at the nearby conference center. While it was close enough for me, it was right on the beach for the wife to enjoy. All the amenities were nice, with the exception of the kids in the pool with no floats or five floats.

It was an amazing place to stay!! Very family-friendly. I would come back, and highly recommend this hotel.

We has a great time. It was clean and had great pools for my kids. It was very busy and the maids never came. We needed towles, new and new sheets and I had to put the old ones in the hall and to get the new ones. I asked for a big trash bag because the tiny trash can they had in the rooms were not cutting it so we had a lot of trash. They told me i could go to the store and buy some. Other than that the stay was great and I would stay again.

let me tell you what kind of craziness happened my family reserved a hotel room two weeks prior, we were told check in is at 4pm we get there at 4pm to check in they say our room isn't ready. they were just buying team to see if a room opened up. eventually the staff told us they over booked the hotel and we no longer had a room. i was extremely livid and said how did i get a parking pass with a room number on it then if there's no rooms. i guess they didn't realize but they gave our room away. spoke to a different staff member she was able to get us a room. but apparently they dont ever clean any of the rooms because they dont have any staff, also numerous people were in line for towels... this place is absolute craziness. stay away trust me the breakfast is horrible too lol i mean it is hotel food but wow it's like they dont even care how to make half the food.

The hotel is new and clean, rooms are comfy, and it is nice that you can use the breakers pools. I do think the mini fridge is too small, can’t even fit a to go box in there. Pool desperately needs security, parents let their kids run wild and some people were setting off fireworks illegally. It’s still new so I hope they will see what needs improvement and make the changes.
