Thank goodness I was alone as if I would have brought my family we would have just up and left! The check-in was very easy and the gentleman working the counter was very nice! Unfortunately this is the only positive thing that I can stay about my stay. The elevator, hallways, and room were dirty! There was a giant bug in my room. You can clearly tell that they don’t take hotel cleanliness seriously! I know a lot of people smoke weed nowaways (not me) but I shouldn’t have to deal with the fact that people were smoking in the hallways, elevator, as well as the parking lot. By the time I left the next morning all my stuff smelt like smoke! The area is about as ghetto as you can get. Cops in the area all night, the hotel had prostitutes inside and out, and everything stunk in the area! #neveragain!

Great value for the price. Check-in was quick by a friendly young lady. Room was clean and comfortable. All of the housekeeping staff we encountered were especially friendly and effecient. I liked the positive inspirational posters throughout the hotel. Plenty of shopping and restaurants close by. Breakfast was adequate. We would stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to friends and family.

This place is awesome! Front desk lady was extremely courteous and helpful. Check-in is 3 p.m. but I was able to check in a couple hours early. The lobby is very nice and the room is very clean and tidy. I secured the room for my brother and his family. They are very pleased with everything!

breakfast was over an hr before check out not cool thats why i booked there so me and my kids didnt get to eat

I booked a handicap assessible room and specifically said I must have a wheel chair roll in shower. I was told yes that they had one. I called numerous hotels to find a wheel chair roll in shower. My brother is handicap and can not be moved from his chair. In order to be given a shower or bath it is necessary to have a roll in shower. I booked online and then also called the hotel directly to confirm my need and explain what I needed. They said Yes and told me that had it and it was confirmed. We went to pay for the room in advanxe before my family checked in. Asked once again told Yes. My family did not arrive until very late which is why we went in person. To pay it that afternoon. Found out that the room was i. The 3rd floor no room for the chair which is large because he is immobile and the family so had to to take multiple trips up separately which was a issue. The. The room DID NOT have the one main detail we needed. It had a tub. So the ling trip and to come in from out of town for a big event. There was no way he could be showered abd bathe properly. The entire reason we booked this room. Very disappointed as we were directly lied too. Too late that night to complain and the next day had early doctor appt and them event. So no time to pack up and move. We paid for the room for them as our guest and so they did not make a complaint but I am very upset as I booked it and paid for it and called twice to verify and make sure we were set.

it wasn’t a terrible, but some of the rooms were smoking so even the nonsmoking rooms people would smoke in and i had my toddler son with me sooo had to spray room down.

I didn't like the fact that i was told to pay an extra $10.00 for a 14 yr old. When i booked the reservation, this was NOT mentioned to me by EXPEDIA. Management told me the cut off age is 12 yrs old for a child. The additional cost was waived! Very unpleasant experience!!!

I made a mistake when booking and and thought I was getting 2 queen beds, but was 1 queen bed and fold out couch for 3 adults and 1 child. They didn’t have another available with 2 beds. It worked out, but I was not able to get sheets for the fold out, no pillows or blankets available. They were nice and not their fault, but would be great if someone made sure they had enough bedding.

Rooms are dated. Some more worn than others, evidently. Smoke-free signs everywhere, but also smell of smoke. Staff was very understanding about dog in room and charged an additional fee for it to stay. It was a misunderstanding as I had searched and booked "pet-friendly" stays. But all in all I felt safe and got a good rest. It was a busy place and I overheard lots of colorful discussions whenever outside of the room. Not necessarily a child-friendly environment.
