Room was dirty and dusty. Pullout bed for grandchildren had old food under the sofa cushions…. Change that fell out of someone’s pocket. Extremely uncomfortable… has to call for linens and make it myself. Sofa cushion stained with something. Disgusting. Bathroom door did not close. Handle broken. Smell in room. I was offered another room after calling corporate…. Will not stay there again.

My family and I have stayed here for years. It has gone from a great place to stay to just an average place to stay in Greenville. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the location is centralized. Rooms have declined tremendously over the years. Fire alarm went off incessantly overnight, and our air conditioner burned up overnight as well - causing a burning smell and smoke in the room. Linens and towels were in poor condition.

The hotel was convenient. Room was clean. Everyone was friendly. My only complaint was that our room window overlooked the indoor pool. The pool opened at 8am and screaming kids woke us up.
