The room was comfortable for my family. The breakfast in the morning was quite disappointing. One of the waffle machines did not work and took over 20 minutes waiting to make waffles for my kids. Many staff around during breakfast, however, items were running out of stock and cleaning of food and dining areas were lacking.

Shower had an empty shampoo bottle and a tag from children’s clothing was stuck to the side of the shower (we didn’t have a child). Staff at check in was frazzled and she kept mentioning a new system. Not the hotel’s fault, but a large group of guests were loudly partying just under our window around 1am (we were on the second floor). Then around 2am-4am the party moved on our hall. There was obnoxious yelling, laughing and door slamming for two complete hours. We had to leave at 0500, so we got about an hour of sleep.

The room was very clean. The staff… every single person, was amazing! The breakfast had a great selection..the petter was very very reasonable. The hotel was very quiet( I know they can’t necessarily help that) but it was in a quiet district without road noise. there are so many things to do around the area from the entertainment center right across the street to the escape room that we went to to all sorts of shopping. The next time we come, we will do a movie which was right next to the hotel margaritas was awesome next-door and the next time we will do glow-in-the-dark mini putt, it’s a halfway point to meet family who live in Raleigh

The check-in was easy ; nice room, close to anything you needed . The staff was very kind and gracious. I slept like a baby.

We booked this hotel to stay one night while driving from Florida to DC. Got there 11pm with 3 kids, and were told there was no room available. After showing the Expedia confirmation, the lady told me it had to be wrong, since they didn't have any rooms. I asked her to double check and waited on the lobby. After waiting 15 minutes without seeing her, went and asked another member of the staff, who told me she had left earlier because her shift was over. Absolutely unprofessional. This other lady went in, checked my reservation and it turned out we did have a room. I havent been treated so poorly at a hotel before. Im very disappointed.

Check in was very easy and the ladies at the desk were very friendly. We all slept well in the comfortable beds. As a family of 5, we like staying here because the double queen rooms have a sleeper sofa. It is also nice to have a full fridge and freezer in the room to refrigerate any food and drinks we have with us and to refreeze the ice packs for the cooler.

The property was nice. I have stayed several times and have been satisfied. however there was an incident that made me feel very unsafe. I was outside in the dog walk area with my toddler just getting fresh air. Everything seemed quite suddenly 2 cop cars speed up on property. They get out and start walking around the parking lot and looking in the cars. They were on foot so they were clearly looking for something or someone. It scared me bc I was with my 3 yr old and wasn’t notified by anyone that there was an incident or potential threat or that everything was all clear. I spoke to the manager upon check out and she said she was unaware of police being called for any reason. I felt like I was at a hotel on hwy 52. I’m not sure that I will stay again.
